We had great service. The drinks are really varied and hard to pick from, and they are very good. The fried pickles chips were delicious. Unfortunately, the shredded chicken on my nachos was really dry. Not like a place that actually BBQ’s. The mini nachos are in the photo. Looks like a nacho sundae. Also, the cheese was not melted after the top layer and the chips were mostly soagy. If they were spread out, like the picture of the regular size, maybe they could have been crisp and melty. The loaded french fries were somehow even dry! The shredded cheese was dried unmelted bits. We should have sent these things back. The brownie sundae was very tiny. Like the “just a taste portion you’d get from the 99 Restaurants. They did have good music from the 70-80’s, and not too loud, so you could still talk.

Came in to watch the Celtics game, and it was a great experience. The girls at the bar, Tiff and Cait, are awesome! They put the audio for the game on when I asked, and were just keeping great vibes with all the customers while running a full bar. I also had the mini nachos and smoked wings, and the food was SO good. The sauce with the bones way wings is amazing. If you want good drinks and food, or to watch a game, this is the place. I will definitely be here for the Super Bowl!

I ordered 24 grilled wings (BOGO) with four different sauces for takeout over the phone and specifically mentioned “grilled” several times. However, I received fried wings instead. To make it worse, the sauces were not mixed with the wings, they were provided separately in small containers for me to mix myself. I’ve never encountered this at any other restaurant, and it was both frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location again.

Our first time at Smokey Bones and we are impressed. Better steaks than Longhorn, by far. The brisket was tender and juicy. Cornbread was out of this worlds! Sides were all delicious. I had a Peach Sangria and hubby had a Berry Sangria, both were excellent. The Berry was just a tad sweeter, just FYI.

Pretty solid BBQ for bein’ this far from the South. Food had good flavor, and the folks were friendly. Barb enjoyed the variety of sauces. Now it ain’t quite the same as real BBQ down in South Carolina, but they’re tryin’ and it shows.

This is just a place where you go to have drinks and watch sports. There are plenty of TVs all over the place and it is very noisy which would be fun on a Saturday or Friday night..
We came for the barbecue, which was terrible. Some things are overpriced like the burgers.. the burger was good you could get it cooked to order.
The barbecue was dry, pulled pork was super dry. We had to soak it with barbecue sauce to make it edible. The fries and beans came out cold.
The pictures of the menu look fantastic. The food in real life not so great.
Although the nachos were good. Service is friendly, but not fast.

‼️‼️DO NOT GET THE RIBS‼️‼️ I ordered a full rack for and they were INSANELY dry and tasted like leftovers that had been in the fridge for 5+ days… They were literally inedible.
I called the restaurant to see if there was ANYTHING they could do about it. They said because I ordered it through doordash (which was only offering to reimburse me $5 for the $45 ribs) that there was nothing that could be done on their end.
As someone who has worked in a corporate restaurant- I know for a fact that is a huge lie. I’m extremely disappointed in the food and customer service and will sadly not be returning.

We arrived at 1:10 and were never notified our order was ready. By 1:23 we went inside and stood for 10 minutes with no greeting. When I asked the blonde bartender about our order, she rudely said, “Go wait over there,” even though the bar wasn’t busy.
Another employee later tossed a bag on the counter saying, “This must be yours,” and walked away rolling her eyes. When we got home, the food was ice cold, the pork was dried out, and the receipt inside said, “Do not prepare. Training.”
Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional experience.

Smokey bones is one of the spots with the boys to grab some smoked garlic buff and honey hot wings. It’s on the happy hour all day menu which is a plus, and they a huge selection for IPA’s. The bartenders are so quick with greeting and ensuring we never have a glass empty! They accommodate with guests changing TVs to specific channels for games, always making people happy. You guys gotta stop in and check them out, especially on game nights staff always makes it a good time.

First time there the food was disgusting
it was so bad the ribs were so dry from yesterday that the manager would not come see me they just took it off the bill
please see the pictures of the dried out yesterday’s ribs, the dried out crusted beans, just awful
the fried corn was okay the cornbread was dry and the honey butter was okay
why do companies do this?
The sauces were wonderful the Brunswick Stew was a tomato base and too much vinegar I put one tablespoon of the barbecue sauce Chipotle, it made it taste much better
The waitress was so sweet I gave her $20 tip
just because management took it off the bill that doesn’t matter this is about the quality of food that’s why it’s one star if I could give it -5 Stars I would.
I will never go back
