A hidden gem in East Stroudsburg! It’s hard to find many places that care about food quality and providing good nourishment for the soul and heart. The food is all home made and done so at a great tasting quality. Definitely one of those places that leave you very satisfied and wanting to come back to try the rest of the menu.

Clean, organic and tasty food. Everything is locally sourced and boy they don’t disappoint. I got sunny side up eggs with bright orange yolks with a side of organic chicken sausage and fruit. The chicken sausage was tender, juicy and flavorful. I also ordered steel cut oats with some brown sugar, raisens and walnuts. That was also a delight and tasted very homely. The coffee is also organic and I got mined iced with oat milk on the side. It was flavorful and refreshing. Our waitress was prompt and courteous and the overall vibe is great. What you get for the price which is clean, organic and tasty food is amazing. I can see why this place is a popular spot for breakfast. Definitely stop by if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

The restuarant was really busy in the morning, to the point where we had to wait for a call for a free table. But it was for good reason, and well worth the wait, as the food was immaculate. They provide all types of warm drinks for a winter breakfast, perfect to stave off the chill. And the breakfast I ordered (Gingerbread pancakes with Orange syrup) was wonderfully sweet, and not sickengly so. It sated my hunger without being overly-filling. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be returning.

Freshly prepared and the most delicious breakfast in the area. This quaint little breakfast restaurant is a real gem in the Poconos. The owner and staff are always so friendly, and this is a safe place for the LGBT community too!

Recently dined at Kitch-en Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We indulged in the breakfast tacos, omelette, and baked French toast. Every dish was delicious, but I must give a special shout-out to their French toast – it’s an absolute must-try! Also, their pumpkin coffee was really good. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a brunch place and wanted to try due to the nice reviews. I was pleasantly surprised I had the lemon mascarpone pancakes that was on the specials; it was so good! Everyone else had the biscuits and gravy. Muesli with yogurt, berries and eggs. And berry banana pancakes. Everyone loved their dishes. I’ll be back! Don’t be thrown off by the strip mall this brunch place is super cute inside and the staff were really nice

Kitch-en is one very special little spot. Holly, the chef, works masterfully with simple fresh ingredients to bring out their magic. She has a sense of nuance, balance and acidity in the way that Michelin chefs do. She also knows her way around a pancake and a quiche. Front of house Dean, June, Sunny and Sophia radiate kindness and warmth and are quick to meet every need or whim within their capabilities. Locals are greeted as friends and made to feel like they’re in an extension of Holly and Dean’s home. The spot is small and cozy so they can’t seat parties more than 5, but if you’re looking for a good meal with a small group of friends or a breakfast or lunch date with your boo you absolutely need to try.
I also want to add how inclusive and lovely these folks are, they have regulars of every gender, race and sexuality. As a queer nonbinary community organizer I wouldn’t go there 2x a week if they alienated or ostracized any marginalized community.

You can seat yourself. The service is professional, and I have Breakfast Tacos and Orange Juice . My wife had Sweet Potato with Kale Hash and was good! It’s a small restaurant cafe but cozy. Compliment to the chef!

Delicious!!! First time there and won’t be the last! I had the special and I was more then pleased (sad that it’s not an every day meal). My friend got the chicken sandwich and so good. The service was amazing! Tentative and gave us a good discrimination of what we would be eating as too where their meat is from and how everything is FRESH!! You could tell. Also many props as I didn’t care so much for the tea and barley drank it.. the server seen this and said she never charged us for it because of that. I didn’t say a word. So amazing!! Again, will definitely be going back.

fresh from the farm, seasonal, and cooked to perfection. Every last detail from the burger sauce to the filtered water and the amazing customer service was thought of and truly amazing. If this place was located in NYC they’d have a line out the door 24/7. We came out here for different reasons and stumbled across this place but im driving the 2 hours just to come back!
