I ordered a tuna sub and one of the workers put a very small amount of tuna on the bread using a regular white plastic spoon instead of the scoop spoon. I informed her to use the proper utensils. She said,” That is the correct amount of tuna and I can go get my manager.” There wasn’t a need for her to be rude about her wrongdoing.

I Eat Subway a lot I get the same thing every time and I probably order it all over the United States
This has by far in the tastiest subway sandwich I’ve ever had it literally tastes like I just stayed at home and made it myself typically, these big chain restaurants have this kind of washed out generic taste, but not this place!
Service was quick restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. I could see what this place has a 4.1 it is well recommended.!

Service was very bad tonight employee had an attitude when I told her the price was wrong and she called her manager and the manager told her how to ring it up and she didn’t even take my money so the other young lady took it and she was nice. I want be going back when she is working.

This is long overdue but I have to give a proper shout out to this store. They are awesome! I went there tonight bc I had an awful day at work and wanted some comfort food. Once again I was waited on by amazing staff, my food was perfect as usual and the ladies there were so kind. I won’t go to any other store. Please give this crew raises! They are beautiful wonderful people who work hard.

I was disturbed by my recent visit to this subway while in Altavista, i still have the sub as well they will not refund me because I left with the sub because I did not want to make a big scene. But I should have once the girl working went outside the door to feed a cat them come back inside and washed her hands for maybe 10 seconds another most and start fixing food! It’s just nasty to me because people have cat allergies and cats do give certain diseases etc off of them, it was a stray cat that I was told by a family member that lives in town that they go outside and feed thats really nasty!!!! They should feed it at the end of the night not during business hours while people are trying to eat and enjoy food. I did not eat the sub I called many many times over a 5 day period not once did i get a response or an answer or call back! I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I left with the sub that I still have and its nothing they can do! That’s sad unfortunately! I have never seen a business feeding stray animals working around food very bad for business! Right at the front door and we have a serious allergy to cats and once you feed them they don’t leave. The girl working also had a huge rashes on her arm not sure why but visible. Don’t eat here if you have an issue with cleanliness thats pretty gross and very unprofessional Gm to not rectify that issue! I have also told my family who live in the area they will not be going to subway again. There is a sub place on broad street in Altavista with great subs if you live in the area or are visiting as well. And also it may explain why I got sick the last time I ate there when I was in Altvista months ago not sure but I was very sick. I eat subway maybe twice a year if that. Reviews speak for themselves! The reviews aren’t as good as they should be 5 star service should always be the goal! It’s definitely not here!

This is my second visit here. Today as I walked in. The woman working today at this time was very hateful and showed me rude faces. As I am sitting here finishing my UNDERCOOKED meal, I notice her behaving in an unprofessional way. I don’t appreciate the service I received. Will I come back? Yes! Because it’s not the place that stinks… it’s the person!!
