I worked at Wendy’s YEARS ago & none of them are what they used to be. I HATE having a hand come up at the drive thru to stop me from pulling up, then AFTER I pay they make me pull up & wait because they do not have chicken ready for my salad. Get back to work & under the chicken most of the lettuce is brown & wilted. No receipt or napkins in bag either. Went for convenience next time will go to Chick fil a for quality!! Not returning here so now I have banned this one in Hammond & the one in Ponchatoula due to bad quality & service!

I had a bad experience here. While paying by card, the employee at the counter took out her phone and started using it during the transaction, which seemed very suspicious. Later, I noticed an extra charge on my order.

I’m sharing this to warn other customers, because no one expects something fraudulent to happen when buying food.

Absolutley grossed out. First they failed to put one of our burgers we had ordered so my dad was missing his burger. Then I just so happened to open my burger to readjust the lettuce and see a hair. Please open your sandwiches before eating them this is absolutley disgusting. Needless to say I did not finnish it.

I came and ordered a taco salad for (mom) and a 7 dollar biggie bag and get home and not all ingredients for salad and no chips. Customer service nowadays is horrible. Gas too high for this type of stuff, then I called time after time with no answer. It also shows how much district managers check on stores and managers running them.

Just left Wendys again. Came through drive thru and had 2 mobile orders and ordered food as well, to pull off no receipt and all food cold but the chili. I then call the store and they say they don’t see a order for less than 10 minutes ago lol. Seem like some sealing going on too because how I just left and you don’t remember with only 2 cars in drive thru at that? Also, seems like the DMs not checking up on their stores in the district they work.

Literally saw this lady take my bag when I asked for a bbq sauce and spit on my food, then took out the spicy sauce I paid for to replace it. That’s what you do to someone who served this country on his birthday?

Always check your bag third or fourth time I’ve gone here over the last 2 years and everytime my order is not right and now they don’t want to give a receipt so i can’t get my order corrected. Seems like those people have a hard time listening or just only care about that phone in their hands

You make a drive through order and they hang out the window and tell you to wait, don’t pull up. You have to wait there until they tell you to pull up again.

Not good at all. They beating a clock! Do your job and you won’t have to worry about telling people to pull up to better your numbers.

These people just don’t want to run a restaurant.

The systems here are down so often that you would think that there is a hacker devoted to harassing the place, not that any of the workers would ever tell you off the bat that they are down.

A few nights ago on 11/13/24 the workers were sitting on the curb outside the restaurant (pictured) and no one answered the drive-thru box for a whole 5 minutes. So I drove around to ask what’s going on, just for them to tell me that “Wendy’s was down” and they couldn’t take any orders.

A few days later at the same time of day I was told that the systems were down and they could only take cash. This was the story again tonight. All occasions happening at 11PM.

The Wendy’s across town never has these problems, and we’re working fine on these very days. Strange.

Every time I get Wendy’s I’ll do an order online or even just do the drive thru but after I pay they tell me to pull up. I’ll end up waiting 15-30 minutes sitting there waiting for my food. One time they did that to me and ended up getting 5 cars behind me there food first even though I was before them. And even had the audacity to not even get the right items. I don’t normally do reviews on restaurants but I had to for this location.
