Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It didn’t really have any grilled flavor or taste; it tasted more like bland, steamed chicken. The honey mustard helped a bit, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it. The service was pleasant and quite speedy.

I have never been in a chick fil a, this lady at their costumer service is amazing, patience, very smiley, pretty, polite and made me feel very welcomed and served. I would definitely would come back on my next flight to this Chick-fil-A because of this awesome girl! She is in a cute bun.

I’m big on customer service but the best thing I can say about concourse A is that the food was hot and fresh. The works are making comments to each other about the customers, “thy don’t know how to follow instructions”, “why ain’t nobody down here?”… it’s because yall don’t know how to communicate and give instructions. They getting ppl names wrong then get an attitude when no one picks up the food. Just poor service.

Ordered a sandwich with no pickles. Asked twice & was told they were out of pickles so all the sandwiches were the same. I should have looked to make sure before I walked away, but I asked again when I was handed the bag. As you can see, pickles. If I was allergic, this could’ve been a lawsuit.

I didn’t know Chick fil a was serving spicy Sparrow. Smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen on a biscuit. After 2 small bites I was almost done with my breakfast.

I’m a CFA fan, and this experience was horrible. My breaded CFA sandwich was burnt from the coils (nasty), and the fries tasted awful, as if the oil was old or of poor quality. I could not finish either of them. Never will I ever eat here again.

Airport entirely messed up order. It was 2 original sandwich meals. It couldn’t be simpler. We were raci g to a flight. Food came fast, but was not our order. We were shorted food and also were not interested i. The food that was provided. We didnt have enough time before our connection to correct the food as we didnt know it was wrong until at the other end of the terminal. 28.00 wasted.

I am used to polite, friendly and efficient service from ChickfilA and this was not the case here. Beatrice was clearly new as she didnt know how to punch in some of the items and was flustered. Asked for no pickles on sandwiches and it came w pickles. No tha kbyou or my pleasure here except foe the male employee next to her who was trained properly

Wasn’t the greatest experience today. I spelled my name to the cashier and she still got it wrong. Didn’t hear my name cause clearly they weren’t saying it correctly so I waited then looked at my receipt and realized they must’ve been calling me as the name on the receipt was different. Then walked away to my gate and realized she never asked what sauce I wanted so I didn’t have time to walk back and ate without any sauce. Do better.
