Food: Everything was incorrect. Fries undercooked. Buns burned. Drinks missing.
Service: We were immediately told to pull down even though we were the only people there. We could hear the staff being loud & joking around. The order: They didn’t bring our drinks out at first, then they only brought one when I asked for it. I went inside to get the missing drink & was met with attitude.

It’s fairly clean in the lobby and restrooms. Not sure about the back.
The food is decent, it’s about a typical fast food place.
Staff is not super friendly though, some have bad attitudes. But some are good.

Placed an online order. Got to the window notified them that I placed an online order was told to pull forward. After receiving my receipt she told me to pull forward behind another vehicle who had already pulled forward. Once the manager brought me my food out I realized there was no sauce in the bag. I went inside asked for sauce. Never got a response, she handed me one. I asked for another, she hollered to the cashier that she needed to ask customers for sauce or they would be charged. I have absolutely no problem paying for what I want. That’s what I asked for it. The service is horrible every time we come here and we won’t be returning. The atmosphere is very negative and always surrounded by people who have no ambition of working. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT
