Took advantage of their BOGO sale and kids are having a great time! Came when it just opened so no wait for rides, lots of things to do in here. Super clean, workers are nice. Tim B was especially helpful in explaining everything. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic experience! We came for a Friday night birthday party for my son; party hack: the place is not too busy Friday nights and we had ALL the room to roam and do our own thing!

Destiny was great, super helpful and very friendly! The place was very clean, from what I experienced. Our party room was setup well. We got a cart for our items when it was time to leave the room which was great to hold all our stuff while the kids continued to play.

This place has everything you want and need – bounce house, slides, 2 mini golf courses, bouncy basketball and dodgeball courts, go karts, arcade games, carnival style rides – never ending activities and fun! We can’t wait to go back!

This place was a lot of fun for the kids and adults.

I liked the fact that you could pay for attractions with the money on the game cards, and/or load money onto your unlimited attraction card, and that attraction rides were actually unlimited.

Seems like a hidden gem. The attraction lines moved quickly, there’s a bar and decent food.

My only issue, is that after me and my partner spent $500+ in there, they wouldn’t even give me a cup of water from the bar or food station and i had to pay $4 for a bottle instead. -2 stars because that’s next level greed.

We had our 7 year old’s birthday party here and it was fantastic. We were given our own room, which was already was set up for the party when we arrived. We had a range of kids in our party, from 2 – 11 years old and everyone had a blast. The pizza was surprisingly delicious and the attendant was very nice and accommodating. The big pull for our kids were the large attractions; laser tag, go carts, roller-coaster, bounce house. They didn’t play the arcade games until the end and then all walked away with a prize instead of a party bag. It was a great day. I’m sure he will ask for his next birthday to be hosted there again. So much fun.

Holy smokes, this place truly has it all! Basically a dreamland for anyone in their teen or preteen years. It has mini golf, laser tag, tiny roller coasters/rides, a ton of games, some sports stuff, arcade, dodgeball, go karts and more. We had an incredible welcoming customer service from Tim, who really helped make our visit special. Thank you Tim and Scene75!

I hosted my son’s birthday party at this location and WOW did it MISS the mark!

I paid over $4,000 for a VIP party of 32 kids and food and beverages for 34 adults. Not only that but I tipped the two support staff to my party $100 each after a multitude of issues outside of their control.

I’ve reached out to the party organizer in regards to my many concerns, the biggest being a racist bartender waving off my guests to go to the other server (white, male), because she (African-American, female) only wanted to serve African-American patrons. Any interaction or exchange of words with my guests was that of somebody who felt some entitlement. Mind you, my party was a VERY diverse party!… here is my email explaining everything to “Brian Spiller”… and after many attempts to speak on the phone, he has since stopped responding to my emails and there has been ZERO resolution. SHAME on this “family friendly” indoor entertainment park. Also, there require an ID to enter (never mentioned when planning) and you have to be checked at the door… should really raise some concern for the atmosphere you’re entering.

“Good afternoon,

I’m reaching out as a follow-up to my event yesterday.

First, I’d like to express how much we all REALLY liked Miley and Hector. They were very attentive and hard workers. We appreciate how much they helped the party go as smoothly as possible given many circumstances outside of their control.

Unfortunately, I do have several complaints. The biggest and most important complaint is with the African American Female bartender last night. Some say they were under the impression she was the bar manager. All of my guests, including my husband, thoroughly expressed their disbelief in the treatment they received from her. When my guests (very diverse group) approached the bar, she would wavy them off and tell them to “go to him”, pointing to the male white bartender. All the while she was catering and chatting away with other African American patrons. She was overly rude to one of my guests in the presence of my husband, at which time he told her she needed to “be polite to our guests as we have a party in (pointing to the banquet room & room 1) that big room over there”. She then responded with, “that isn’t the big room, and points to the Romeo room, and says, “that is!” She then processes to dismiss my husband and our other guests the entire night.

I’m absolutely disgusted with her racist behavior towards my guests and husband. This family-friendly establishment should have a zero tolerance policy for this sort of conduct. I felt embarrassed that my guests were violated by this individuals behavior.

On top of that, the room temperature was very warm that the cake frosting was falling off. There were a TON of gnats in the room, there was absolutely no tape in the entire facility to use, tablecloths were filthy and I had to ask for them to be cleaned or changed, socks were not available until about 45 minutes into the party, prepaid drink tickets weren’t available until about 45 minutes into the party, no food or appetizers were available until about 1 1/2 hours into the party, I ordered Cesar salads and pasta salad. I never received the pasta salad and was served garden salad with no dressing (until asked for). I was also never once informed my guests needed an ID for entrance into the establishment, some were turned away and needed to get theirs.

For the amount the party costed, I had very high expectations. Sadly, the numerous complaints from my guests and my own complaints, Scene75 was a let down. I think it is more than reasonable to request the service charge be refunded as the services received were racially fueled and the establishment itself couldn’t provide a proper setting.

I look forward to your response.”

This place is horrible. We drove over 45 minutes to get here. It’s dirty, no one cleaning tables or the trash on the floor. The concessions was even worse. It’s ran by teenagers without any direction. A Hotttttt Messsss. I waited an hour an a half to end up requesting a refund. I went up to the counter on numerous occasions as was other customers, only to constantly be told 10 more minutes. They were giving out wrong orders, and NO orders. Just terrible. Then a manager shower up. His name was Kevin, all he could say was its one of those nights. No apology, no comps, just a sorry ssa shrug and oh well. No wonder this place sucks. It’s ran by terrible leadership, no accountability, just horrible customer service! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GO. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

Love this place, it’s gotten quite a few updates since we were there last. New bounce house area, huge slides, even a toddler climbing area that my 2 year old loved. Tim was super great! He was friendly and smiled often, he even talked to our kids and made them smile. He was great. Seemed like he really cared about working there 🙂 he was the highlight of our visit
