We dined in for dinner at this Cracker Barrel and overall had a great experience. The store was clean, and there was virtually no wait, which was great. Our waitress was phenomenal — very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal.
It had been a long time since our last visit, so we were looking forward to it. The food was prepared well and presented nicely, but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the overall quality. We were hoping for more of that classic, home-cooked, made-with-love feel that Cracker Barrel used to be known for. Instead, the food felt more commercial, similar to what you find at many other chain restaurants.
This won’t be our last visit, but we both left feeling that Cracker Barrel has lost some of that homemade charm that once set it apart.

This was THE BEST Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to a lot of them all over the US! The employees were soo nice, sweet, & VERY helpful! Our waitress Rebecca D. was amazing & we never waited on anything nor wanted for anything because she was so attentive. We also had the best help in the shop from Jamie, Jayden, & Laurel. We can’t say enough about them & the service & help they were. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for the amazing service & help! I HIGHLY recommend this Cracker Barrel!!

I had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to our server, Carrie. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, kind, and made us feel comfortable right away. Her attitude was genuinely warm and positive, which made a big difference in our visit. She checked on us regularly without being overwhelming and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.
Carrie was very attentive and professional. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and she was quick to help with anything we asked for. What stood out the most was how she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You could tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in doing a great job.
Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Carrie definitely deserves recognition for it. She made our experience at Cracker Barrel even more enjoyable, and it’s employees like her that keep people coming back. Wonderful customer service! I’ve ordered delivery from this place many times, but today a Doordasher took off with the food and cancelled the order. The staff here went above and beyond by remaking the meal and the manager personally delivered it with an apology for the mess the dasher caused. I’m humbled by their courtesy and dedication. Great people all around.

We came into the restaurant and had a 30 minute wait. It was fine because they had a cute store to be able to walk around and browse. There were many different hints to choose from. There was also a large checker board to be able to play on.
We were then seated. We got our drinks and put in our order for food. The waiter came out and brought us biscuits and cornbread. Then another. We did wait a substantial amount of time on our food. When it came out the temperature wasn’t quite where we like it, but it was doable. The food was absolutely delicious! We did bring it to the managers attention and were offered several options. We do not like to cause a riff. We didn’t need anything other than just to make her aware. She was extremely nice and professional. Everyone was amazing. Sometimes things happen. It’s life. I would totally return. I am excited about coming back again. You should totally come out and try it. Definitely try the sampler. It was amazing. The broccoli is thy e best I’ve ever had. I would recommend.

My husband and I order curbside at least 3 times a week. When I call in to place the order Michelle is always very polite. She also always has a smile when she brings our food out. Hopefully we always get her.
