Absolutely was impressed with the service and the new promotion for bottomless pancakes. Everything was great. I didn’t catch the name of our server but she definitely made us feel welcomed and checked on us without being intrusive but just enough to address our needs.

Dear Owner, I was super impressed with our server Lilly. She was the ONLY server on Monday the 26th,and your establishment was packed out with people. Not only did she take care of ALL of us in there, but she did it all with a smile and nothing but a happy attitude. She’s amazing you guys! You have a wonderful employee right there. We placed an order online through the app. I clicked the link letting them know we were there. Multiple notifications from the app said to wait in curbside OR to go inside. After waiting over fifteen minutes past when our order was supposed to be done, I decided to just go inside. The order was done, had clearly been done for a while, and was waiting on a shelf.
When I asked to clarify why no one came out, the response was “We saw you waiting, but my manager said we would just wait for you to come in. You would have needed to place a curbside order, not a pickup order.” Okay. This might be an issue with the app notifications not saying what they should. But you saw me, and let me wait fifteen minutes in curbside, before I got frustrated and came inside. Especially considering there was no one in the restaurant, I was surprised at the poor customer service. The food, though cold, was good.

I cannot say enough good things about this IHOP! My wife and I had to trek to Indiana from Ohio to go to a dentist, and she unexpectedly had a tooth pulled. Pancakes are soft, and we love ihop. The woman at the front (whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately) was amazing. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me with my take out order. She got me a big container of strawberry syrup (my favorite) as well as an odd request for a cup of whipped cream for my wife (her favorite!) it sounds so simple but they made our day with their service

Finally, an IHOP that gets it right! This is hands-down the best location I’ve been to in years. The food was fresh and flavorful (not bland at all!), and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this specific location if you want a great meal.

The waitresses are not well kept they look like they just rolled out of bed with greasy hair and sloppy clothes. We needed a table for six and we got crammed into a little table. The waitress told us to pay at the register so we get up to go to the register and then a manager came and told us that we had to go back to the table to pay so there’s even confusion on how a customer should pay. On a positive note, though the cooks had our meal out fast and the guy running pick up orders, was friendly!

I came into the Columbus hope today very hangry and my server Lilly took my attitude and turned it completely upside down she was so kind and just happy I noticed all the servers were I got the spicy poblano omelette and she talked me into getting the New York cheesecake they were delicious I live in Bloomington and I came here for a meeting and anytime I come to Columbus again I will be coming to this ihop and requesting her again!!!
