We love little Caesars but the location in Brawley youll always have something wrong unlike the el centro location they make their last batch like freaking dryed out pretzels sticks thin and way over baked. I know they didn’t follow the directions of their recipe on how to cook the right portioning of their food for example the bread sticks they set the wrong time for the portioning of the thin bread sticks more like ✏️✏️ size. so I suggest if y’all trying to conserve food waste then set a side separate recipe or time schedule for less time cooking for last batch of the day or weight out the correct amount aside for each shift for the whole day and that will show where is the reteaining should be done correctly. Cause that’s what my son who is only 3 yrs loves and would only eat breadstix if I would let him. So he’s autistic and when he got of hold of those disappointed stix AGAIN and was delivered he didn’t nothing for dinner and fell asleep crying. That right their has been a huge disappointment since we order at least 2x a week enough to last us 2 days. And I need up pay $38 + for each order x 2x a week so =$76 or more per week. I’ve tried to change up. Like Domino’s or pizza hut but he don’t like their breadstix but I think he does like the bread nots from Domino’s so I might change to Domino’s if y’all don’t correct these problems asap.

Food isn’t bad but this is multiple times where I’ve ordered and picked up and labeling is correct but food is wrong. Last time got pepperoni puffs got home and they were cheese puffs. Lady says I have to come in now within hour and bring the wrong ones can’t go tomorrow or anything. EC little Ceasars has better customer service. I’d be less annoyed if they were willing to work little more with me as customer, this happened before but I thought maybe they had a bad day or crazy customer before but same response multiple times idk

My experience at this location is always a good one. Workers handle everything respectfully and are very helpful. Get the order right and are quick. The manager is a great vibe and you can tell she created a good atmosphere.

Great customer service! I believe the girl’s name is Alondra. She was very sweet and polite. Makes a difference when you have people greeting you and taking your order that nice. The pizza was yummy as usual, I love their wings too. Keep it up guys. This location is the best one in the Valley.

It is horrible how employers can’t keep up with the orders. 40mins and still they didn’t have my order ready. It wasn’t even in the oven and still they want me to wait 20 more minutes. Either is the employers or the online order is not working because the time it says should be ready it wasn’t. Supervisor or manager didn’t want to give me a discount for the wait. I’ll just keep buying on dominos we’re pizza are free if is NOT ON TIME!

Fast, courteous service. When there are too many people there, they do not hesitate to open another cashier register to help hungry customers. Staff is polite . They give crushed peppers and parmesan cheese upon request (many other franchises do not render these condiments). I will come back again.
