My experience at Denny’s today was absolutely wonderful, thanks to our amazing server, Maria Garcia. From the moment we sat down, Maria was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask always checking in with a warm smile and making sure our drinks stayed full and our food came out just right.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Maria truly went above and beyond. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our visit so much more enjoyable.

Dined here years ago, and security wouldn’t allow patrons to leave. I don’t recall the actual reason. The recent visit was Sunday morning. Nice server, though she seemingly yelled once at my breakfast guest. Ordered french toast slam. Requested eggs scrambled with cheese, but cheese was sitting on top and hardly melted. Sausage wasn’t warm. Bacon could’ve been crispier. Hash browns were too golden.

Vicki was the most attentive server we have ever had. I’m usually not impressed by the service of most restaurants but she went above and beyond to get us everything we needed! I highly recommend visiting this place! Great food quality, amazing service

Today’s visit was a great experience. The lady was serving, had a wonderful, friendly attitude. She was training a young girl. And both were making our breakfast a bit more shiner. The food was good to come to the perfection.

I’m here in Houston for a conference. Hubby and I stop at the Gulf Freeway location for breakfast. When I say Vicki our hostess offered the best customer service experience. Her ability to make you feel welcome almost like running into a friend that you haven’t seen in years. I will add the food was awesome. If ever in Houston,TX again Denny’s I will surely visit to see my new friend Vicki.

Had the most amazing experience. Betty is a great server, she really gives you the diner experience and makes you feel welcome. She’s bilingual and also made my mom feel included in any conversations. Very funny, very mindful. Food was amazing as well. No complaints, was an amazing breakfast for my brothers birthday.

Food was great, customer service could be a bit better, wait staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and they make you feel kind of rushed. Within 10 minutes of receiving my food I was asked if I wanted a box because I “looked like I was having abhard time with my food”. They also have food on the menu they dont actually serve.
