My son and I went to the Red Robin Glen Brook Mall location for lunch yesterday, and they far exceeded our expectations. Excellent food cooked as ordered, wonderful service, and all contained within a very clean well cared for establishment.
I would definitely recommend this location for individuals, to large families. One side is a bar area and the other side is a family area. The pictures I took are of the bar perspective only, the family side has several other seating options.

Super fast seating and very friendly staff! Our waitress got our food out to us in good time, and it was delicious. Two of us had burgers and one had chicken strips, and they were all delicious and well seasoned. The fried pickles are a great apatizer to start with too. We didnt get desert this time but it was a great lunch for us.

Some restaurants are hit-or-miss, but Red Robin is nothing but hits. The servers are efficient but not rude, the food is great, there’s bottomless fries and drinks, and you can even have as many root beer floats as you want.
My only complaint is how often the host tries to seat us in the high-top bar area. I’m a tall dude, and the chairs always hurt my legs within 15-20 minutes. Granted, they always ask if that area’s okay first, so it’s partially on me, but I’d just prefer they replace them with regular-sized tables.

Red Robin has always been our family’s go to dinner restaurant and we have always had great service and food. Today we came in and were quoted a 20 minute wait which is super quick for a weekend so we were totally okay with that and we actually sat after only 5 minutes of waiting which was nice. When we sat down our waitress came over and introduced herself as Krystal and was very friendly. We did find it a little weird how she kept telling us to tell the manager how great she was when we hadn’t been served anything yet. Then she got us our drinks after a minute. That is the last time she got drinks we had to find a pitcher to fill our waters up with. Mind you it was a pitcher left on a stand that another server kept filling up. It then took her 45 minutes to take our order and in that whole time she kept checking in with other tables right beside us. When our food came out after almost two hours two of the meals out of 4 were so bad that they had to send them back. We were looking for a manager after already being disappointed in the service to receive gross food one was a chicken wrap the other was a plain cheese burger. We did not see a manger so one of us got up to go find one and she spoke to her and the manager removed the items from our bill and took them back to the kitchen. She then gave us a coupon for the “troubles” after looking at the coupon it had expired over a year ago. We then flagged down another manager because the bill was wrong still and he did sign the appetizer coupon so it could be used and we were very excited to leave that place. It was truly sad that our favorite family spots had this bad of service and food. And the server did not know the menu at all. We had questions that she had to keep asking the kitchen about.

I Love❤️ Red Robbin❤️. I believe this is the only Red Robbin❤️❤️❤️❤️✨️ we have in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I love the atmosphere and the decorations on the walls. Plus, how this place is by/next to the mall and you can go/get to the place that it is next to the mall ✨️ . Yummy and delicious . Excellent customer service. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually love me some Red Robin. This experience was very subpar. Food took forever, many other tables coming in after us and getting their food prior to us. Then my burger and fries were cold like it had been sitting for 20 min. Manager visted after I said something to the server, who disappeared after delivering our cold food. I told him about the cold food but that we didnt want to wait to have another made because we had waited for over 45 min the 1st time and we were both hungry. Placed an order for additional steak fries when food was brought out, and 20 min later they came out, at least hot as I believe they had forgot.
Not that I was looking for anything free, but there was no effort by management to make things right whatsoever. Just an overall bad experience.

We had never been before and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Our waiter was fast, courteous, and very helpful. They were busy and they still got our food out quickly. The hamburger meat was excellent very tender and juicy. The Parmesan Brussels were great cooked perfectly
and the pretzel bites are always a hit. We will absolutely go back. They may just be my new go to when I’m at the mall.

My aunt, cousin, and I came in to Red Robin after a long time since our last visit. We were greeted by a wonderful young woman Krystal as our waitress. She let us know she had only been there for a few weeks even though we didn’t care it was really nice of her to let us know she was still new and learning. The whole time she kept coming back to check on us and made sure our drinks were full! She made sure to ask us how our food was and was a refreshing face for our first visit back in a long time. She made us feel like we were at our own table at home, laughing, cracking jokes, and making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and see Krystal again!

Ordered the Pulled Pork Nacho, it looked good on the menu but was a disappointment when received.
Basically it was a bed of potato chips with some BBQ sauce squirted oven them, a few pieces of Pulled Pork and I mean a few pieces and a couple of jalapeño peppers on it.
