One of the best cheesesteaks around! We ordered our food and 5 minutes later the food arrived. Servers were very friendly. The meat was seasoned perfect.

Located besides one of Pennsylvania’s Covered Bridges, this Cheesesteak and Hoagie shop is a great stop after a hike at World’s End State Park. Staff was friendly, service was fast and the setting was beautiful. Cheesesteaks were delicious, along with the Italian hoagie we ordered! Crabby fries were tasty and crispy. We also got a puppy bowl for our little doggie, which she loved!!

I live in Philly and this is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. The food is so good and the backyard is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening. We went hiking on the double run trail in Worlds End before coming—so fun. They even have vegetarian and vegan options plus a dog and a kids menu.

Even on a busy holiday like the 4th of July, this small town, hidden gem delivers. By far, my favorite spot for a Cheesesteak sub in the region. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese, bread, and veggies (with the lettuce on top, as it should be). Big Mike’s, hands down, has the best Philly Style Cheesesteak in this area, including in town.

Wow! Absolutely one of the best cheese steaks I’ve had in a long time. Super soft hoagie roll with just the right amount of onions and a whole lot of cheese. Simply spectacular. Cheese fries were pretty good too. They must have put the cheese on the fries in layers cause usually the fries on the bottom have no cheese. That simply wasn’t the case here. It was definitely worth the 200 mile round trip for lunch today.

Had to just try as i have “sampled” quite a few “Philly Cheesesteaks”. I like garlic so I really liked the Dean Martin. My co sampler had the OG on a seeded he said really liked it. I wish I had ordered the seeded roll also. Very good especially since it’s 3 hrs to Philly.

Located right next to the Forksville Covered Bridge in Sullivan County, Big Mike’s is a friendly little restaurant that serves really great sandwiches & fries. As an added treat vintage sodas & candy are also available for sale. Service was friendly and quick. We were told by the waitress though that we happened to come in during an uncustomary lull in customers. She told us right before we came there had been 50 people in the takeout line! After sampling their wonderful steak sandwiches and fries we didn’t have to wonder why people lined up for them. Would definitely be worth the wait.

The cheesesteak was good but honestly no better than anywhere else I’ve been in PA. The price is outrageous. 2 hoagies, one cold and one hot, for $40. No sides, nothing. They charge a fee to use a credit card which we didn’t know until we got there and had no cash on us. The cold hoagie didn’t taste like much, mostly just tasted like cheese. We won’t be back solely for the credit card fee jacking up the prices, if restaurants don’t want to pay for credit cards they just shouldn’t accept them.

Still amazing quality and quantity of food after 3 years visiting! Our Pittsburgh friend said the Italian sub toasted was just like home. Puppy bowl was plentiful.
So glad to have them near the campground for a great meal
