Had a wonderful experience here on Valentine’s Day. Our server Justin came in clutch with the recommendations and we enjoyed every single thing we tried. Crab soup was amazing, San Marco Maki was super fresh and just the right amount of heat. Green Eggs and Hama roll was also super delicious. We even tried a couple of desserts and we almost never ask for a dessert menu. Mochi was the best I’ve had so far in the Nashville area and wasn’t overly gummy or waxy like some other restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to try it again.

Some points to consider:
1. Work on your ‘ends’ of the sushi rolls (see picture) – thats the 1 point deducted from your overall rating, otherwise almost perfect sushis rolls, apart from the size of it: some pieces were difficult to get into the mouth (eg spider (Soft-shell crab) roll and the crab/mango roll)
2. Waiter/Waitress forgot my extra order for ginger – I had to ask again
3. Outside seating – Nice sitting and modern but you either stare into the window of the restaurant or into a concrete wall, where yiu occasionally see some people walking by on the pavement – can get some paint onto that wall?
Anyway, keep it up – its super great and I really enjoyed it.

We came in for the first time on a date night. Ellen the manager set the tone for the whole night, exceptional. Brian was our server and just nailed it from start to finish. Cherry Bomb, Crab rangoons and Spanish Fly were our favorite dishes. The drinks were also amazing and you can’t beat that happy hour pricing! Will absolutely be back!

Upon arrival, they kindly offer you water beforehand, which I find to be a thoughtful touch. While I believe most places provide water, the significance often lies in who and where you receive it from—it’s a small detail that makes a difference.
This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I am pleased to note that there have been no changes; in fact, I see continuous improvements, which is commendable. Congratulations to the management team.
Customer service was exceptional, and our waitress this time was Lucas.
Manager, please consider recognizing him—he deserves it. Lucas was courteous, professional, and approachable, with a warm smile that enhanced our experience.
Regarding the food, I ordered the Tuna Tower. The freshness was impeccable—being a tuna enthusiast, I can attest that the preparation was flawless, and the dish was absolutely delicious.
For beverages, I ordered a single drink, which was enjoyable and well-balanced. It was not overly strong, especially when you communicate your preferences clearly to your server.
The restrooms are standard—they meet expectations but are not extraordinary. Nonetheless, they are perfectly adequate.
Overall, I highly recommend this establishment. The experience was excellent, and I look forward to returning.

Food was amazing, alcoholic cocktail drinks were mid( not great) but the service was great! The place felt very chain-like, just loud music and lights! It was a fun date night with friends but wouldn’t recommend going for a relaxing night!

Blue Sake Sushi in Franklin is an absolute gem. I’ve been to many sushi spots, but the Crunchy Cabbage Roll here is by far the best sushi roll I’ve ever had. The flavors are fresh, unique, and perfectly balanced – a must-try for anyone visiting!

Was skeptical coming here because wasn’t sure out of the huge list of sushi restaurants on which one to go to. Especially because I’m not from here! So luckily I landed on this place! Apparently Franklin Tennessee is a nicer area. The area outside is nice too there are lots of restaurants and things to do with the kids. Happy I stopped by here!

My family and I came herr for dinner.on a Saturday night. We got in before the rush and were quickly seated. Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. He gave his personal recommendations as well as his honest opinion on options we were wondering about.
We ordered several sushi rolls, the lettuce wraps, and the kids bento box. The sushi was very delicious but most of the rolls were spicier than expected. My son (12) was a little disappointed with that but we probably missed that there was heat in the ones he ordered. Other than that, all the food was splendid.
Our server was excellent. He gave us space to just be a family all while keeping our waters filled and checking in only a couple times verbally.
All in all, we had a lovely dinner and will be back to see if we can fine some more mild sushi options.
