The overall dining experience was average. I ordered a steak salad, but unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and rubbery. On a positive note, my kids enjoyed both the boneless and bone-in wings, which were cooked to their liking. While there were some hits and misses, there is room for improvement, especially with the steak preparation. The wait staff and hosts were friendly.

Really impressed. Me and my son stopped by for lunch. Service was top notch. Club sandwich was a monster. Hamburger was good and onion rings were some of the best I’ve ever had. Waitress was perfect. Atmospere was comfortable.

Accidentally ended up here with my kids & was pleasantly surprised. The food was phenomenal & we all loved it. Tony was our server & he was great. It was a perfect experience food wise & at first i thought this was going to be a bad review, but the food & Tony’s service would not allow me. Our only negative issue was the host ( guy at the door) was rude. I could go into detail about ignoring & dismissing us, but I’ll just say he was rude. I almost left, but we were 2 hours from home and the kids were hungry. So we stayed & thought this will be my first bad review. But the place was clean and the food was delicious. I won’t let him ruin the experience. We really loved the food! Undecided about a future visit though.

I had the bacon jalapeno burger. It was great! I picked sweet potatoe fries as my side. They sprinkled them with cinnamon and came with some kind of cream cheese cinnamon dip. It was so delicious. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

Service was decent, food was not. Bbq chicken sandwich was mealy and had a sour odor. Southwest eggrolls were burnt. My son wouldn’t eat his Mac n Cheese because of the odor it provided his nostrils.
Atmosphere was ok, it was about 80 degrees inside. Perhaps the indoor heat burnt the food?

Excellent dining experience and fantastic service from Brook B. We took advantage of the pretty weather and rode up to Wilkesboro on our Harley for dinner. All we want is good food, good service and a fair price. It’s hard to find all three now day’s . We are very happy we chose Coaches, it was one of the best dining experiences we have had recently. Right time, not too crowded, Brook B. is exceptional with a positive attitude and excellent skills. Thank you to everyone at Coaches.

We were in the area and stopped at the Wilkesboro location of the Coach’s franchise. The food was very good. I had the hot dog plate with onion rings which were homemade and not frozen. My wife had the Coach’s burger with sweet potato fries. The food was great, 5 star. The service was good, 4 star.
The disappointment was the near complete lack of following of the North Carolina COVID-19 protocols by the Coach’s staff. This is a management problem as it was not just our server who had their mask around their neck. We wondered just what might go on in the kitchen if this was their public face. 2 star.

i am an associate at Marshalls and for the 4th of July we catered burgers, chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, and sides. the woman who delivered the food seemed aggravated by us and in general a bit rude, but that isn’t my issue. i personally ate a burger that was very raw. meat in the center was pink verging on red. halfway thru the burger i was instantly sick and began dry heaving. about an hour later i threw up twice. i am 100% positive this was because of the burger as i did not eat anything today besides the catered food. many other associates had burgers with raw spots, and took pictures if anyone in management needs proof. my manager called the Coach’s line and requested to speak with their manager, initially she was declined and kept pressing until being put on hold. when the manager (Stacy i believe, i could be mistaken) picked up, my manager told her the situation and the Coach’s manager uninterestedly said “well how did they get sick so fast?” my
manager replied with “you gave us raw beef! this could have been avoided.” the manager ended the conversation and my manager hung up. very negligent, unprofessional, and rude service. catering a business raw meat is unacceptable.

Excellent food and service. Our server(Ashlyn)did and absolutely great job . The Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
