Reviews
The fries were fantastic and the burger was fine.
I appreciated the care and attention given to my allergy and cross contamination concerns.
The best part– we could take our puppy because she’s allowed on the back patio. This means we will be returning since we can both eat there at the same time.
The burgers are definitely the star here. The menu has a lot of creative options and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The patty was juicy, well seasoned, and cooked just the way I asked for it. The toppings were generous without overpowering the flavor of the meat. The fries and onion rings on the side were crisp and full of flavor, making the meal even better.
One thing I really liked is that the place has personality. From the way they call out orders to the playful touches in the dining area, it feels unique and memorable. The prices are fair for the quality you get, and the portions are satisfying without being over the top.
Overall, Twisted Root Burger Co. is a great place to grab a casual meal in San Angelo. If you are looking for a burger that stands out from the usual fast food options and a place with a fun vibe, this is definitely worth checking out. I will be back the next time I am in town.
Wish they wouldn’t charge for fries, or at least tell you so you know your $10 burger is actually $13-14. But it is definitely delicious!
