I was at Mc Donald de 1 A Gateway Blvd E, Savannah, GA 31419 at 15:45 and I had a terrible attention, I always buy Mocha Frappe (Large) whose price including taxes is $5.02USD, for some reason they were charging me $6.00USD without cream, and without further explanation they gave me a product that I did not order at a price that does not exist. So I didn’t accept it, I hope I don’t fall into the hands of that kind of person again. I went to McDonald’s at 5724 Ogeechee Rd, Savannah, GA 31405 and the attention was superior and the price $4.91USD (invoice attached)
I would like to understand why today 02/23/26 I was charged $6.00USD for a Mocha Frappe without cream. I attach an invoice from yesterday 02/22/2026 from the same store.

My family and I stopped here to grab a quick bite as we traveled through back to NC from our vacation. The lady on the speaker was yelling over top of us as we tried to order. Once we got to the window they didn’t repeat our order back to us and the food was incorrect. We asked for what we originally ordered and the Indian lady said no, she told us we didn’t order what we asked for. The drinks were all flat and had no carbonation. After giving us a fixed drink, which was still flat. She said ok can I help you? Insinuating that they were not going to fix our order.
McDonald’s in itself already has a bad reputation. This doesn’t help your case in trying to create a good customer experience. Needs new management and better training.
Also the fries were overcooked and needed salt.
You people get paid to do your job. If you don’t want to do it. Let someone else do it.

No toilet paper or paper towels in bathrooms, no napkins in the restaurant. Also, who thought this was appropriate to serve to a customer?

Customer service is not existent in this McDonald’s and they are extremely slow.
It took a literal hour from when we made our order to when we got the last item. This has been the worst experience in a McDonald’s ever.
If you are on a road trip I recommend skip this one and go to the one on the next exit.

Customer service is embarrassing, they will refuse to take your order and direct you to the kiosk. They will ignore you at the counter. Some of the employees have earbuds in their ears the others have an elementary level understanding of English.
I understand good workers are hard to find but I find it Absolutely ridiculous to have bad service in the dine in. They avoided me and the manager tried to give my food to someone sitting down when I was standing right at the counter.

Bathroom and lobby smelled. I did tell them and someone came to fix but how are you there and don’t see the tables and bathroom floor are messy and place stinks like mildew. Staff was friendly though. Gave no issues about cleaning and ordering .

My daughter, father, and I recently visited McDonald’s, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. We waited for over an hour just to receive our food, while another customer waited 15 minutes before he was even able to place his order. During that time, the staff seemed more interested in socializing, gossiping, and speaking loudly among themselves than in serving customers.
Not once did any employee greet us or acknowledge the people walking in. A simple “hello” or “how are you today?” would have gone a long way.
Sadly, it feels like basic customer service has completely disappeared.someone isn’t willing to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism in this industry, perhaps they shouldn’t be in the role. Customers deserve better.

I am on a road trip and have stopped to review this Macdonalds. The bathrooms were pathetic – absolutely filthy at 3:pm. I lost the urge because of all the dirt.
The floors were sticky and nasty throughout the restaurant you could literally see shoe prints on the floor in the grease.
And now the drinks. They had 2 broken down Coke freestyle machines. Once was totally not working and out of the other everything tasted like cleaning fluid. Totally disgusting. I didn’t notice how bad the drinks were until I got to my car. Over $5 for drinks doubling as dish water.
This Macdonalds needs to be closed down. It’s disgusting.
