You asked for moist brisket. He cuts u a piece. I asked him if that was moist. He says yes. I take his word for it. Took a bite out of all three pieces. Diffently not moist with no flavor. Truly disappointed 14 bucks for a tea. Potatoes salad and 3 small slices. Will pass on this place. I am a local austinite. Not a out of towner having bbq for the first time. Try Saltlick or Terry Black’s even Pokémon Joe’s much better. So many better places.

If I could give 1 million stars I would. We went here this evening after being mistreated at another place down the road. We came here and were greeted with warm welcomes and hellos and nothing but smiles. Our niece got married today and wanted to go to dinner with all her family. The team at Rudy’s went above and beyond for her and we are truly grateful for them. The outdoor seating they have is beautiful and clean. Cara, Drew and Zacharia made our girls night. I believe that was their names and if I got it wrong I apologize. We traveled from San Antonio and would definitely visit this location again. The team even put together a basket for the bride and groom. Food and service were amazing.

Friends took me out for lunch at Rudy’s.
It was an interesting set up with the restaurant being part of a gas station. The decor was very country and western themed. We had ribs, grilled chicken and sides were sweet corn, potato salad, beans salad and it coed with a loaf of bread. The briskets were soft, fatty but moist. It was full of flavor. The sides were great too.
Food was served fast and hot. Definitely enjoyed eating here.

Just got home and found this baby back rib as part of my $90 take out order! I can’t even imagine who could ever think it is okay to serve/ sell this!
It’s always an $80-90 order I buy, so don’t think they need to be a Scrooge as clearly they make a lot of money on their orders!

This place is amazing!! Food was delicious, I couldn’t get enough. Their loaded potatoes are huge!! A meal in itself! Staff was friendly, fast and have a great sense of humor. I wish I lived in Texas so I could go back more often.

Reasonable cost bbq. I had the chicken which was good used the Sissy Sauce which was hot enough for me. The Cole Slaw was excessively dry and I scooped down to the bottom so it hadn’t just settled. Staff was all friendly.

not sure why people are almost embarrassed to admit they like rudy’s. i have never once had a meal i disliked and the food is always consistent.
I tend to get the brisket as something about this location is a step above other rudy’s for my taste. the taste of the brisket here just tends to be better.
the sides are always fresh and the desserts are good too. the condiment/”fixin’s” bar is always clean, well stocked and orderly.
plenty of parking. on occasion access to and from 360 can be a bit of a navigation – avoiding dense fast-moving traffic.
you can’t go wrong at this location.
