01/24/2026 6 pm; As a DoorDash driver, I was told by customer service to get a pizza bag from a pizza place that have a DoorDash account so I can upload a photo of it and begin to receive pizza orders. The very snotty girl here wouldn’t give me one and act like she was paying for out of her pocket. The company gets some for free from DoorDash so it cost a company nothing to give me a bag so I can get pizza order so thank you so much you miserable unfriendly and unhelpful brat. And then maybe you should have your person make pizzas to have a hat or hairnet on and not a sunvisor. It doesn’t qualify for the healthy department guidelines.

I don’t leave reviews but felt obligated to write this one because man this place can be a circus to walk into sometimes, super super busy! But the staff is genuinely very polite and try to move as fast as they can, it’s almost comical to watch! Food could be better but such is life!

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff claims manager on shift before left them with nothing prepared. Ordered online. Paid when I got there 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they tell me that my order is still not even started but I can get my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I have always had a phenomenal interaction with this location, there was a misunderstanding on my part and specifically Anna, not only did she take so much time to help me despite being the ONLY PERSON ON STAFF, she made an amazing pizza as always. Their pizza is just straight up tasteless. Any topping you get taste like nothing. Their service is good, prices a bit much. But when your pizza tastes like nothing especially with toppings, it is just not good. The only thing good is flavored crust. That was the star of the show everytime I got this pizza. But if pizza crust is star of the show you got a problem.

I had ordered the Howie maui well done.I’m not the kind of guy to complain but My wife and I were very disappointed in this pizza that we had to throw it away and order from some where els. It had no pizza sauce. There was barely no cheese. It was literally just bread. It was such a dry/hard pizza. I ended up speaking to Melissa she had told me she would pass the message to the higher manager that they don’t control how much the machine puts sauce. This is very disappointing I feel like I was eating a Regular cheap $5 pizza from Little Caesars. There no way this was a $17 pizza I hope to hear from you guys soon because I honestly feel like I was scammed. I had order pizza from here before and I had never had a problem.
