My family and I ate here today and to start they sat us at a rigged table, one waitress did however give us another one . Now the waitress who took our order took so long to bring out our food. i watched her take out orders ( at least 3-4) that ordered after us . our food was lukewarm. Not even, it was on the verge of being cold . When were were getting ready to leave we asked for a to go box for some food . we sat for at least 5-10 minutes and still didn’t get a box . Mind you as we were waiting a table AFTER us got piping hot food, you could visibly see the steam coming off of it .Our food doesn’t even look hot .They even told my sister that we wouldn’t be able to leave until we paid for our drinks and the one meal we didn’t send back . terrible customer service . i wasn’t able to get a name unfortunately. please get that table fixed .

I have not been to Chili’s in such a long time. I forgot how good their food is. I got the chicken quesadilla. It was huge and very good for the price. Our waitress was attentive and every staff member was pleasant and friendly. They were pretty busy, but we didn’t have to wait to be seated and we were served quickly.

There’s just something about Chili’s. The people, the fajitas, the mysterious back rooms that make you feel like you’re at a family reunion you didn’t know you needed. This Chili’s is no exception. Every single person working here was ridiculously nice—like, suspiciously nice in the best way. I’ve honestly never been to a Chili’s where the staff was mean, and this one kept the streak alive.
The fajitas were sizzling like they had something to prove, the vibes were comforting, and on top of all that, I had a great view of the snow outside. Eating fajitas while watching snow fall feels like an oddly perfect life moment.
Chili’s just hits different. It’s familiar, it’s warm, and it feels like home… with better chips and salsa. Would absolutely come back.

I was in for lunch today and had a wonderful burger. Had a fair price. And the bartender was a very nice and accommodating gal. Thanks again for the great service. Dang it I forgot your name. I was in there today at noon-ish.

Food was excellent. I was a little disappointed at first that the Skillet CasQueso was no longer on the menu and I almost cried. But the southwestern queso was pretty good. The Chicken Crispers never disappoint. My sister-in-law’s mushroom and Swiss burger was excellent. The only downside to our visit was the fact that it was freezing by the windows. The manager reassured us that they’re getting new windows in a couple months. Which is a good thing. Otherwise it was a great early dinner today.

It was Valentine’s Day and super busy. By time we sat down our waitress Keyana was absolutely wonderful, she was very polite and stayed on top of everything, The wait was long between our appetizers and dinner, so she gave us a complimentary side of chips and salsa which was nice. our bill was 105 for four of us and we tipped her almost 50%! She did an amazing job especially since it was so busy, I hope everyone tipped well and she had a fantastic night since she had to work.

20 years ago this place was dirty with awful service. My family wanted to go there and I warned them how bad it always was. Unfortunately nothing has changed. Filthy, unorganized with unhappy customers everywhere. Tables wide open not being used, told a half hour wait. 45 minutes later, still not even close to being seated. Customers leaving said they waited over an hour for their food. Disgruntled employees yelling at Customers, frustration everywhere. Finally, my wife had enough and we left. I was so thankful because I did not want to eat their food. Place stinks and is not clean, imagine the kitchen.

We decided to try Chili’s Grill & Bar on a whim after seeing a movie across the street and thought it would be a convenient, fun dinner stop. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations.
Our server was friendly and personable, which we truly appreciated. However, a couple of people in our group had to send their meals back twice because the food came out cold. That was disappointing, especially since we were all ready to eat after the movie.
The overall cleanliness was also a concern. The dining area didn’t feel very clean, and there were noticeable odors that didn’t seem food related, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The restrooms were in rough shape as well to the point that all of us chose to wait out our 45+ minute drives home rather than use them.
Maybe it was just an off night, but based on this visit, it would be hard to justify giving it another try.

Waitress was absolutely plastered drunk the smell was radiating off of her and she was very frantic. It made my girlfriend very uncomfortable as she has dealt with that in her home life. Food was good however it was a bit overcooked and most deserts were out of stock. We were sitting there 20 minutes because nobody came around and our tablet wouldn’t let us check out because the drunk waitress didn’t put in the order.
