I drove from speedway and silverbell to eat a whopper! The lobby was dead only one other person was there and the group of 3 us.we walked in and stood in line for over 5 minutes I know because when I thought this is ridiculous and that’s when 5 minutes started so we discussed about eating elsewhere and decided on Jack in the box and still not even a gesture of any kind so that’s my review. Go to jack n a box if you want promo friendly service.and it’s way cleaner and it’s only a block west .hope this is helpful.

This location is by far the worse not only did they give us cold fries but when Brought to Josh the manager attention he raised his voice and basically called me a liar, he Said “ I don’t know how they are old and cold because I I watched them take them out the fryer” extremely unprofessional !!
What happed to customers service?
My partner and I had to force our selves to eat them
Because we were in a Hurry!!!

My sister and I waited in the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes. I continued to say hello or is anyone there in the speaker and no answer. We then proceed to the windows to see if maybe the speaker was broken. Employees saw us did not come to the windows for another 5 minutes or so. The lady who opened the window had no costumer service and asked what we were doing. I kindly told her we have been waiting awhile and no one responded. She then said we are busy that’s why no one said anything, and they can’t take orders at the window. I was patient but my sister did get impatient because of how rude she was being with me. One Employee was mopping, another employee was refilling ice. They did not seem at all that busy to not take any orders. She slammed the window in our face and walked off. This employee should not be working at places like this. To the other employees they should have stood up. Not okay. I will be calling to speak to a manager about this situation. Hopefully she isnt a lead of any sort.

This location has been remodeled and is a nice looking FFR. The counter help was actually energetic and friendly. I went there specifically for the Impossible Whopper since I’ve recently put more focus on eating a non animal diet. The burger was good and equal to a normal whopper in appearance, smell, and taste. I will definitely substitute this for a meat hamburger in the future, without reservation. The fries were very good this time also. Did BK change their recipe? They may have replaced McD as my “FFR Favorite Fries”.
If you haven’t tried the Impossible Whopper you should. Maybe it will have a positive impact on the environment!

This is literally the worst burger king I have ever been to. They are super slow, rude, and nasty. No matter what you order, or how empty the drive thru is, they will force you to park your car in front. @BK Corporate…..just close this junky store down. I don’t know if they hire ex-felons, but it sure feels like they do!

There was a worker who answered the phone at around 3:30 on August 29th, his name was Dwayne, and he was awesome. Very professional, fixed my problem, was extremely nice, and handled everything perfectly. However, when I went in later at around 6:30 (as was organized over the phone) the lady that came to the counter -after I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement- was dismissive and clearly didn’t listen to me. Her customer service was awful, she was rude to not just me but the staff. She didn’t let me tell her my name so she would know what order to get for me and she walked away as soon as I gave her the receipt, barely letting me tell her what was wrong with the food. Thankfully there was a young man there who was much kinder and actually listened to what I needed and fixed my food.

Burger King does it right! The location was clean and organized. Associates were in a great mood despite being a bit busy with a morning rush. The food was timely & fresh definitely made to order. Also used their app to download a coupon for my food! Great Savings opportunity with that! If you haven’t downloaded it yet I’d highly recommend that you do! I had absolutely no issues with anything during this visit to Burger King! It was Delicious!
