Service is great here! However, I was very disappointed in the walleye dinner. I first tried it a week or so ago and loved it!
I got it again yesterday and it was a different story. They do disclaimer that it may contain bones. My first time trying it had no bones at all. This time, I had bones in every single bite! I mean it, every single bite had me pulling needle like bones out of my mouth.
I ended up basically dissecting my fish in an attempt to remove the bones so I could hopefully enjoy a bite without bones- didn’t work.
I could understand if there were a couple “oops, they got missed bones”, but this seemed like my fillets were missed entirely. I paid too much money for what I got.

I had the 3 piece cod with onion rings I’ve had this before it was decent today was a different story I WILL NEVER EVER BUY THIS AGAIN the cod was extremely greasy no taste the onion rings were way over cooked the whole meal was absolutely disgusting.I need to have my money refunded. By far the worst I’ve ever had just plain awful. I do not recommend!!!!

Complete pandemonium. Several people behind the counter, doing nothing. Clearly they had no idea what to do. One girl was standing there with an order, looking around, looking lost, not knowing what to do (and therefore doing nothing).
We ordered (2) two-scoop dishes and curds. Got the curds, and they thought the order was done. Had to ask about the ice cream. 10 minutes later, we asked again. Turns out, the ice cream was just sitting in the back….but the order was not correct. When we pointed this out, the staff started fighting with each other. 4 of them arguing amongst themselves, no one making an attempt to actually make the correct order. A manager came out and took the arguing kids to the back room (where you could still hear the girls arguing).
Finally a dude came out and said he would take care of it….but he disappeared. Still no one actually working on the order! Took another 10 minutes to get them remade.
Nearly 30 minutes to get the right order, which came with a side of fighting teenagers. Crazy. Terrible experience.
Another couple in our group ordered (2) two-scoops, and there wasn’t much ice cream in their cups. (they were just nicer about it, and didn’t complain).
The kids need training!!!

By far one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time literally dropped the ball the whole time … Had to wait over an hr for food.. got unsweet tea when I ordered sweet .. ask for it to be corrected and again got unsweet tea as well got two drink by now still no straws finally get my food and they literally put nothing on my sandwich I guess that is what it mean when all you remove is lettuce … As I waited I did get to see the two employees running orders flirting and having a good time getting everything wrong … 10 out of 10 do not recommend

Amazing job Culver’s employees! Today I tried Culver’s for the first time and I was really impressed while I was there. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The drive thru was a little busy but worth the wait. I received excellent customer service from all the employees. I’ll be returning back to Culver’s very soon.

I brought my two grandsons in today for lunch. The kid’s meals are remarkable! The burger is almost the size of a regular burger. The fries are great. And the kid’s meal comes with a free custard cone. What is not to like? That with friendly service is a winning combination.

We’ve never experienced Culver’s until yesterday. They were very busy, but also very organized to serve you quickly. The food was fresh and served hot to us! We tried the Pretzel Pub Burger, and my wife tried the Swiss Mushroom Burger, and my grandson ordered the chick strip meal. All were ordered with the value basket that includes fries and a drink.
The portions were almost too much! Excellent food! The manager was walking the floor speaking to all the customers to assure all was ok, very rare customer service in today’s world. We’ll be back to eat at Culver’s in the future.

The fish sandwich was bland. It has no flavor . It’s more bread than fish. You will taste the lettuce and bread and whatever sauce you use. The fries were ok. Great customer service clean facility. The urinal is right by the door so when the door is open you will be seen at the urinal. If you go don’t get the fish. Let it keep swimming.
