Order a pizza weather outside is 50°. They deliver it don’t knock and leave it sitting outside in the cold. They call an hour later and ask where my pizza is and they said have you looked out out front? I said a knock would’ve been nice. Smh. Einstein !

Every few months I get a wild hair and hope papa John’s might just MIGHT be even remotely close to the quality it used to be.. Every single time over the last 3 years it has failed.
Ordered and waited next to the drive thru until I received the notification it was ready. Got the pizza and drove 10 mins to my house and this what the pizza looks like. Dried out. Soggy. Didn’t get a pic of the burnt Papadia but yeah, that sucked. Not to mention I specifically requested EXTRA SAUCE on the pizza! Which gets missed every single time unless you call after placing to remind them, shame on me!
Safe to say I will never go back to papa John’s. Sick of constantly being disappointed after relying on this place for a quick family meal! This is ridiculous the lack of quality ESPECIALLY for the price. It’s so frustrating when a pizza chain can’t even make pizza. Used to be our go to. No management oversight apparently. 0 quality control.

Had to do the drive through and it seemed like it took forever I was there for about 20 mins. The other cat took a good bit of time, but then I was the only other car! They need a system where they can see when a car pulls up. Or maybe better team work if the person doing the window has to step away let someone else cover

I definitely don’t recommend ordering from this store. Our Uber Eats order arrived with half of the pizza missing. Not sure if it was an employee or driver issue but the store refused to make a new pizza even with us offering to bring the half eaten one back to the store. Knowing that my food was tampered with, we didn’t touch any of it. Disgusted and disappointed.

We ordered delivery tonight and not only did it take 2.5 hours to be delivered, it showed up sopping wet with all of the pizza slices falling apart. Then we tried to call it and have it refunded, and we had to wait 30 mins to get in contact with someone. Once we finally got in contact, we were met with extreme attitude and a lack of apology for this. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is my usual spot to pick up a pizza for the family. The store is always so organized and punctual with my orders and I have never had any issues. Christina Sarmiento has the best customer service and always greets my family in the drive through with a great smile and positive attitude. I love enjoying the usual favorite order but do like when she recommends a new order for us to try ! GREAT JOB PAPA JOHNS

I was a regular customer of papa johns but i will definitely never shop at this pizzeria again especially the apollo beach store the pizza was uncooked and was thrown on my doorstep in such a way that it arrived a complete mess and after receiving this i did many calls to the store and it was never answered, I had to go to the store to return the pizza and the manager just said ohh ok I’ll give you a refund. ok Thanks for the refund but your customer service sucks.
