I am writing to express my absolute disgust and outrage regarding the service I received during my visit on 11/15/2025 10:15am. What should have been a simple meal was transformed into one of the most insulting and infuriating customer service experiences I have ever endured.
The woman who attended our table was not merely incompetent; she was openly hostile. Her rudeness was not a matter of a simple oversight—it was a deliberate and sustained performance of contempt for us as patrons. The condescending tone, the dismissive sneers, and the complete lack of basic courtesy were bad enough.
However, it was the blatantly disrespectful body language that cemented this as an unforgivable encounter. The exaggerated, aggressive head movements and the overall attitude she projected were not just unprofessional; they were a calculated insult. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for merely existing in her section.
This was not a case of a server having a bad day. This was a display of pure, unadulterated animosity. You have an employee who clearly holds your customers in contempt, and she should not be in a position to interact with the public.
I will never set foot in your establishment again, and I will ensure that everyone within the reach of my voice—friends, family, and online communities—is made aware of the vile treatment they can expect from your staff. Consider this not a complaint, but a warning to others about the disgraceful environment you permit.

I hope management reads this but the ladies on charge today, 12/27/25 at approx 1:19 pm are absolutely rude.
This is actually the second time I receive this treatment where they don’t care and think they can get away with it. Absolutely disappointed.

I heard so much about this place i had to find out for my self.
Saw the long 15 or so car line so decided to get off and stand in line after about 15 mns i ordered 3 poundsof their so much talked about Chicharones and a pack of tortillas came out to $53 dlls So i made my self a chicharon taco right away and ???
Plain chicharones no spices no secret old Times mexican recipe Nada was not pleased but they werent bad either just regular old chicharones not worth the wait in line or the money

The decor and ample parking space outside caught my attention. As I exited my vehicle there was a gentleman at the door inside motioning me to come in with a smile. So polite Omg! He immediately met me at the door. I was impressed by the cleanliness and ambiance of this hidden gem of a restaurant. Properly put a tortillería ( Tortilleria Don Jose ). I ordered a taco of barbacoa and one of tripas. Absolutely delicious in my opinion as well the barbacoa taco was lean and hot not greasy at all. The employees were polite and did not stop cleaning and organizing. I just can’t say enough. I will say this if you really want to taste some great food this is the place! Don’t take my word for it… What are you waiting for? Come on down and find out for yourselves. You will be very very pleased!

Fam and I have been going to this location for YEARS. Staff is always on point with all the orders. You can choose drive thru, or park and go in. I think they also opened their dine in section again, but it’s also very limited. Staff is nice and ready to serve. They have barcacoa, menudo, carnitas (pork and beef), tripas, mollejas, chicarrones and more.

If you are looking for a place with great barbacoa, look no further. I normally dont like barbacoa because it tends to have a lot of fat and i have never really liked the taste of it, but this place changed my mind. It has little to no fat, amazing taste, and not to bad on the price. I cant speak about the other menu items, but if they are as good as the barbacoa, then everything should taste as good.
