I ordered a quarter pounder, when I received my food the toppings were on top of the buns instead of inside of it. The bun was stale, and the meat was cold. The worst part was when I bit into the burger, and it tasted like there was soap in the food. This is ridiculous

I ordered delivery from this location and the food quality was abominable. We were missing two of our drinks, all the food was cold as if it had been out for awhile and worst of all my burger was not fully cooked. The only thing that saved this whole fiasco is customer support. We lost connection with the support chat and they called me back allowing me to explain the situation. A refund was issued so I’ll say the matter is closed and handled but this was our late night date night snack and it truly dampened our night.

I didn’t like that you could only use a kiosk to order. It took me much longer to order this way. I needed ketchup, napkins and drink refills and there was no one around to ask for these things and they didn’t have a counter with these items like most McDonald’s. Me and my granddaughter ate inside. My chicken strips were old and overcooked, my fries were cold. I would not recommend for dining inside. It might be okay for the drive thru.

Waited 30 mins for my food after being told to wait in curbside pickup. The worker gave my food to the wrong car. So I went inside and inquired. Got no answer where my food was. The worker that gave it to the wrong car just kind threw it into me once he figured out whose it was. Didnt give me new food after the other people in the other car went thru it before realizing it wasn’t theirs (I seen all of this happening from my car). So that was pretty gross. I didnt have anymore time to waste waiting for new food so I just had to deal with it. Wasted my entire lunch just trying to get lunch. 12/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going to Michigan st mcdonlads.

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I accepted an order from this store today and went, thinking it would be a quick in and out, as that’s normally what happens with DoorDash. This place? No one even acknowledged the fact that I was there, orders were only being handed out to people of color (black people) the white people that were there? Including myself? Were entirely ignored. I ended up having to unassign the order due to the fact that I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for something that wasn’t coming. I will never accept another order from this McDonald’s again. I will also be inquiring about discrimination as well. This whole “BLM” movement thing? Has gotten out of hand and I’m sick of it. Last time I checked? We were here first.

Absolute worst McDonald’s in all of Grand Rapids. I have unfortunately been there 4 times in the past 6 months as my wife has been in the hospital and it’s right down the street. They have never. Not once. Not a single time in my entire life. Gotten my order correct. There is ALWAYS something missing. It’s like it’s their business practice to steal food from customers.
Don’t go to McDonald’s if you can avoid it, and definitely don’t go to this one. Everyone who works here is a few nuggets short of a happy meal.
