The food is good and all but there was a lot of things that caught my eye when we sat down like that the silver wear has different marks on it and that the jelly holder is very dirty that it didn’t come off when I rubbed it with a napkin and water.the hot where nasty I think this place need some deep clean. We just want to help and inform them and others to just make sure that the environment that you eat in is sanitary and safe.

This is a small local establishment. The food was amazing and plentiful. Service was good. Ordered the garbage hash, which was called a local favorite. Should have done the half order, because it was huge. Also saw some amazing looking plate sized cinnamon rolls (only $5), but I had no room left for those. Great spot if you’re looking for a good no frills breakfast.

Me and my brother have been here about 5ish times now. Im personally in love with the corned beef hash breakfast. The corned beef hash is, I assume, baked in a dish then sliced. This makes it crispy on all the right sides. The potatoes are skillet hash. So satisfying. Now the sweet roll is worth it and a must. The best around.

The building inside isn’t impressive but its comfortable and homey. It’s been around over 40yrs and looks it. I personally love the look.

I loved the experience and food we had here! And the price oh my gosh?! It’s so nice to have a meal at a place that isn’t overpriced!
I got chicken and waffles, my husband got an omelette, and our son got pancakes. Wow they were delicious! Especially the omelette! It was so full of bacon! They were so generous with it and it was so refreshing!
The staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable! They didn’t make us feel like just another customer. But they took the time to chat and talk to our toddler, which he loved so much. They even made him a ‘fancy drink’ which he also loved! We will be back and we will spread the word of how great this place is!

First of all the quality of the good was not so good. I almost broke a tooth biting on the Belgian burger. Some hard was inside the patty. Sorry no photo of the burger. For the fries, no good. The fry sauce, and shrimp sauce both no good.

Super classic east side joint well worth dining. Stopped by for lunch and just had to order their famous ‘Garbage Hash’ breakfast dish and was very satisfied. My only complaint was I had to order eggs separate you would think they would include a few eggs your way in that special dish. Regardless that old school diner flavor always tickles the tummy. Service was excellent and the overall restaurant vibe was comforting. You can tell they have local regulars there all the time. Very rare doors are really open 24 hours now I’m curious to see what 2-3am looks like on a weekend there? If you’re seeking good food with friendly inviting service swing on inn and enjoy! #YoullThankMeLater

My husband and I were very hungry ,the power outages caused all of our favorite restaurants to close .
We saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try .
When we walked in it was very sketchy .But sometimes you can be surprised .It was dirty old and there were only 4 people in the dining room eating .We sat down the waitress came .She gave us menus and was very short with us .She brought us our drinks ,my cup was dripping down the sides of the glass with chocolate milk .I sat back and thought ok she’s very angry .
I made a point to be kind ,asking her” how her night was going” ? She said “I’m not awake yet ! We ordered our food .She brought us the plates .
We both looked at one another
His eggs Benedict with holandise sauce and on top of a big piece of lunch meat .the potatoes were disgusting and old .my scrambled eggs had so much cheese on them I had to scrape it off to get to the egg .I thought we’ll let me try my buttermilk pancakes .I took a bite and they were not buttermilk more like rubber ,I poured a lot of syrup on them thinking it would help cover the awful taste up ,it made it worse the syrup tasted like I had poured chemicals into my mouth .I could not eat the food .it took everything I had inside me not to vomit on the spot .My husband’s food was the same .But he used hot sauce to get it down .
She never came back to our table to ask how the food was ,didn’t check to see if he needed more coffee .We walked out both loudly saying that was disgusting.this place should have a state inspection .We will never ever set foot in this establishment again We both had very bad side effects afterwards from eating there .
And the bill was $30 dollars .
This place should be closed down .The worst food I have ever been served .The worst service I have ever received .Very unkind and nasty attitude from the waitress .

This was a trip back to early years of food service I guess. Food was bad.

They say in the menu that is hashbrown, but they give what is just some mashed baked potato. Nothing looks “hash”, plus the potato was quite raw. The amount of what was supposed to be hollandaise dressing was way too much for the portion. Eating that will skyrocket the cholesteroland and damage your liver and blood vessels. The bacon slices were cold. The chicken very salty. Both dishes tasted very bad. I actually stopped eating after 2 bites.

As for the atmosphere and Service:
The furniture and layout look to never been renewed for the past 50 years. The ceiling and the vent air not sure when they were last time cleaned.
The coffee cups both were chipped.

The only good was the black coffee and the server attitude.

Advice to management:
Get with the times… invest in renovation, change the cook(s), and pay attention to food quality. Even Denny’s has better atmosphere and setup.

Poor experience. First time and for long time possibly last time.

Always incredible on let’s! I love going here with my best friends. We’ve been going there for over a decade now & have always loved it. They have a big beautiful fish tank in the lobby that I’ve always been obsessed with. They also have a claw machine and delicious eggs and waffles. Everyone that works there is so nice and considerate. Very family oriented. Great place.

Would rate the food if you could get past the insufferable manager that loved to tell her coworker after I had already ordered that she couldn’t take my order. The one girl who originally answered the phone was kind and apologetic when I asked to speak to the manager “Amber” refused to say she was a manager when it’s clearly who was doing all the “bossing”. Told me to just place an order online, mind you I called because the order wouldn’t submit online. Yet she couldn’t close her own mouth for two seconds to even hear me out. Great way to lose a customer.
