They failed to give me the food that I paid for three times in a row. They also never apologized for any of these.
I ordered a few items from the menu, including a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich (almost $7 item). When I got to the window and my order was read back to me, it didn’t include the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. So, for a second time, I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich.
I received the order and then drove home. Upon getting home, I found that the sandwich I had ordered multiple times still wasn’t included, even though my receipt showed that they had charged me for it.
I called the location and explained the issue and asked for a refund. They explained that they wouldn’t refund over the phone and that I should come in in person if I want a refund or the sandwich that I had already paid for.
I explained to the person on the phone that the it was 9:54pm, and the restaurant closed at 10, so I wouldn’t be able to get there in time. They told me it’s okay if I come a few minutes after closing to deal with this, which was considerate of them.
I arrived shortly after 10pm and the worker greeted me at the window with a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I explained that I don’t care about the sandwich anymore, and that I just want my money back. The worker then asked his coworker for help with getting me the refund. That worker then asks me if I would still like a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich to make up for the inconvenience they created for me. I said that my main go is to get my money back, but that I would still like a spicy chicken deluxe if they’re offering it. He then turns around to grab me the spicy chicken deluxe that was just shown to my face less than thirty seconds before and fails to find it.
He then returns to me and says that they threw it away and so I can’t have it. He then gave me a couple boxes of other food instead, which I didn’t order. The worker then thanked me for my patience.

Quick pit stop at the Kalamazoo Chick-fil-A turned into a mini victory lap! Pulled in starving, pulled out smiling—spicy deluxe sandwich was chef’s kiss, waffle fries perfectly salted, and the Polynesian sauce? A tropical vacation in a packet and topped it off with a great milk shake. Drive-thru crew was lightning-fast and somehow still had time to say “my pleasure” like they meant it. 10/10 would detour again! ✨

I do enjoy chic fil a, and the drive through always has pretty quick service. I feel like you sometimes get pushed to the back when dining in though. Today we ordered and we got our food and were almost done before I had to go up and ask for our shake and frosted lemonade. I asked for an extra cup only because I have a cold and didn’t want to share out of the same cup with my daughter. They weren’t going to give me a cup until I asked firmly and explained that I didn’t want to share germs. I understand policies, but especially after a not great experience it’s nice to just give a simple cup without a hassle. It’s just an empty cup.

First time I’ve ever had a chicken biscuit with a fresh and hot biscuit! It wasn’t flat and compact looking either. My expectations at all the others have changed now. I’ve been missing out all this time at all the other locations I’ve been to. Service was great as well.

I was very disappointed to find out that Chick-fil-A has joined the number of restaurants that lie on their reporting to doordash in their drivers. In order to make their numbers look good they Mark the order ready for pickup 5 to 10 minutes before the actual order is up I thought honesty was a Christian value which Chick-fil-A is so proud of reminding us all that they are. When I had the audacity to point out what they were doing to them and tell them we didn’t appreciate it I got the cold shoulder from the entire staff for the rest of my stay. Doordash at avoid this at all costs if you’re a Dasher and you’re reading this review join us and boycotting Chick-fil-A we’re tired of them treating us like crap.
