I used 2 deliver mail out here years ago.
Then it was Kittles hat bar.
So we decided 2 go give it a try.
Nothing great, but everything was average of above. We ordered burger and fish fry.
Burger was good. Fish was slightly greasy.
However it was 1 :30 in the afternoon and
Only a few people were there.
So the oil just needed time 2 get rolling.
Their were 2 guys behind the bar and 1 male cook. Found out Mike is the cook. FYI.
Tap Beer was ice cold. Jack and cokes spot on.
All in all nice little place. Fisherman platter, burger and fries, 2 beers, 2 jacks.
$65. Good food. Good price !

Excellent Service! Excellent Food! This a must stop bar/grill laid back casual ampospere with a lot of vintage beer signs and super friendly staff Quick service and not under staffed. Pretty sure you will enjoy the lightly breaded awesome tasting fish from Walleye to perch! Just give them a shot! I believe you will be happy you did

It’s not only a dinning place but a social place for the local with many games. The food was good and server was really nice. It’s just across from the Mauthe Lake recreation area.

Our group wanted to dine outside but all the tables were in the sun, the owner heard us and said with our help he’d move a table into the shade! Our waitress was friendly, funny and great at her job, her daughter was helping out and she was also fun! Our group had the Fish Combio, Shrimp, Parmesan Poormans, Cod and Bluegills. All food was delicious, drinks well made too. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner out at Mike’s and I’d go back if we are in the area again.

Mike and his crew hosted our wedding party. The best compliment we got was “That was one redneck wedding” They helped with set up and tear down. Helped keep desserts stocked and drinks going. Everyone was so wowed by Mike and his crew. The bar made for a relaxing setting with plenty of space for folks to spread out between the front and backyard and indoors. The neighboring horse farm made it feel very rustic and country with the horses wandering around. We are so grateful for this place and these people. They really made our day special. Thank you Mike!

We were shocked to discover the cocktails were $9.50 and the food was marginal. Server was high and owner was intense. Our bill was $31 which should have been $38 but someone can’t add. $13 sandwich, & $6 curds, and $19. We shared a sandwich and curds. We travel all over WI to small town bar and grill’s. The only time we’ve paid that much for a cocktail was at a rooftop bar in Chicago! We will not be back!
