I typically have great experiences at Mr. Froze during my weekday visits after work. Unfortunately, my visit today around 4:45 PM was very disappointing.
The drive-thru employee was unprofessional and seemed irritated from the start. When we asked him to check a gift card balance, he acted as if it was an inconvenience. I was then given the wrong drink size, and when I questioned it, he insisted it was correct. After asking for my receipt, I noticed I was charged for a regular size. When I brought it to his attention, his response was dismissive and delivered with attitude. Even when asked if the extra shot was added, he replied in an irritated tone.
The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I’m used to receiving.

Would not come again. Came in yesterday and told the girl who helped us it was our first time there she said nothing to that. I proceeded to chose what I wanted with no help at all. If you think coming here mid week go to the gas station get a slushie and some of your own alcohol and mix it around before giving them your $.

Absolutely loved my experience at Mr. Froze Margarita! I enjoyed seeing the variety of margaritas you get to choose from. Everything is freshly made which is amazing because you can taste it. The staff was super friendly and helpful which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a good margarita and on the go this is your spot!

Was looking for a place to grab a margarita to go and stumbled on this place. I was greeted immediately and explained the process, flavors, alcohol content, and even given samples.
Guys were soooo helpful and made this first time experience great! Since this time, I have been back 4 times.
Def a fan of the regular lime margarita flavor. Great flavor, not overly sweet and you can even add an extra shot or two! Winning!!
