We had a great experience here. The hamburger was cooked to order. They have all the toppings for your burger. They even have nachos cheese for your fries on there. There bakery was reasonable and had pretty good cookies. We usually always try and eat here when we’re in pigeon forge.

Employees were quick to check out and seem to constantly be doing something like cleaning which was wonderful to see. The food was cooked fresh and at this place you get to choose your toppings for burgers at a topping bar they have set up. I did not take a picture of the bar but it has one to two kinds of lettuce sliced tomatoes some onions and pickles and of course condiments as well as this wonderful melted cheese that goes great with their french fries. I believe there may have been jalapenos and pico de gallo as well. We got some cookies as well and all three kinds we tried were warm and fresh tasting. The place was very clean and quiet except for when they would yell for you to come pick up your parties order. The only negatives I had really were the light choices seem to be hanging on by a thread and there was a suspicious leak that seemed to be coming up from the floor in the ladies bathroom. This place tastes like it always has with a few new additions to the menu. I’ve now stopped at this place twice on my travels and it was consistent each time. Recommend

MY FAVORITE BURGER PLACE OF ALL TIME. Our first meal ever in Tennessee 5 years ago and it’s still open. Love this place.
We do not have this back home and I was thrilled to be able to get to eat here again. Only chain restaurant that we go to down here and it’s so worth it.

It’s so dirty, outdated!
Old spider web hanging from old ceiling fans. And the whole restaurant just needs to be updated. Dirty old trashcan in a women’s bathroom. Faucet was broken. Soap dispenser was hanging sideways. Nasty filthy bathroom entrance doors baby changing station also dirty. No privacy to change baby. Does anyone cleans or fixes this place?
There are so many nice restaurants in the area, so much competition. Why keeping restaurants in such a poor condition?

It has probably been 10 years since I have had the opportunity to eat at a Fuddruckers. It. Was. Amazing. Reasonably priced for the quality, it’s fresh, their burgers are amazing and I love the fact you can still add your won toppings…and the liquid cheese is a 10000/10. If I happen to be in Sevierville in the future, where I eat isn’t going to be hard to choose!

Fuddrucker’s left my area long ago. Oh, how I miss their location in Forest Park, Ohio. So, anytime the family and I are visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area I make it a “must do” to visit this location. And it brings back the nostalgia and deliciousness every time. It’s still a simple set-up but executed well. Tasty burgers, you can customize them, adding or removing items, and then once your burger is ready and you scoop up your tray, you get to run through the “Fixings” area, adding lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickle, etc. And of course, it’d be foolish not to mention their molten hot cheese sauce, which it appears absolutely everybody (myself included) dip their fries in. Again, this is simple eats, but give me a fresh burger, toss some grilled mushrooms on there, run it through the garden, some mayo, then their magnificently seasoned fries dunked in cheese sauce, and I’m a very, very happy person.
If I had to give any minor knocks against this location, obviously this is undoubtedly a heavy touristy area, so it’s like being down at Disney World and dealing with hungry, tired theme park crowds, it’s usually going to be a bit overfull inside and a bit messy. If you accept that and go with the flow, you’ll be glad you did.

It’s been years since we have eaten at a Fuddruckers. We don’t have any near us and thought they had all gone out of business. We were in town for the weekend and had to eat here when we discovered it. The burgers are as good as we remembered. Who makes the best burgers in the world? Fuddruckers and you!
