Came in November owner asked for my card information numbers to the billing address , next day I was charged $30 at the renaissance fair and $60 at the carnival festival while I was at work and I got denied charges for whatnot app. There’s no mistaking a customers card info, shouldn’t be saving that private information anyway. Bank told me who made the carnival charge through an and it was the owners name, made a report still haven’t gotten some of my personal money back because it’s local charges it’s an inconvenience to shop here point blank spend ur money at a better herbal life shop with honest labor and hard workers that deserves it, heard there’s one on Walton and Solano, gonna keep my head up n try that one! I went here today and paid with card. Less than an hour later the owner tried to charge my card with over $200 of Herbalife. My credit card company declined the transaction and notified me. They are sending me a new card and I am filing a police report, but just know that this establishment steals from their customers and commits credit card fraud.
