This CAVA location is easily our favorite spot in Columbia. The service is incredibly fast and the manager, Cheyanne, makes sure everything is running perfectly—she is professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in the restaurant.
If you haven’t tried it yet, the Harissa Honey Chicken is a must. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy (the smoky honey glaze is addictive!).
This is also a great place to bring the family. Their Kids Meals are high-quality, healthy, and actually filling, unlike the typical ‘fast food’ options. My daughter loves the mini pita and dip combo! The entire restaurant, including the bathrooms and the dining area, is kept very clean.

This Cava offered Garlic Shrimp and Glazed Salmon, which smelled amazing! Unfortunately, we were short on time and couldn’t wait for the fresh batch to finish cooking. Even so, the staff here stood out as the friendliest I’ve encountered at any Cava—welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The restaurant was spotless, service was smooth, and there were no delays. The only downside was the number of cars double-parked in the fire lane outside, which isn’t Cava’s fault but does create traffic issues. Overall, a wonderful visit, and I’d happily return!

The food and service were amazing. I got the grilled chicken and it was delicious. Jonathan was especially kind and very helpful in informing us about the store and different items. I wish they had the cinnamon honey pita chips and look forward to when they bring it back.
We also saw a celebration of one of the employees birthday which was really nice to see. Shows a great work culture and sense of community.

The staff at CAVA are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The customer service is excellent — they are patient, attentive, and always make sure your order is perfect. You can really feel the positive energy and care they put into their work. Such a great team and a wonderful place to eat specially at the Columbia location. Highly recommend!

I usually enjoy CAVA, but my experience at the Columbia, MD location was very disappointing. The staff were rude and didn’t make any effort to be friendly — no greeting, no eye contact, and the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. It really took away from the dining experience.
I hope management addresses this, because good customer service makes a big difference. I’d love to come back if the staff were more attentive and polite.
