Reviews
The inside of the restaurant isn’t too big but the owners were so kind to put together tables so we could sit inside.
We ordered drinks and appetizers and entrees and dessert. Some of their serving sizes are not the largest, if you’re thinking about splitting. The food is all really good though! We were well taken care of here and had a great time.
They also had good options for one of our vegan guests too.
Some highlights are the Thai dumpling appetizer, the crispy fish, and spicy lamb.
Thank you!
However:
Food took a long time, I checked and it was 3:40 pm and we still had no food. We ordered 4 dishes with 3 orders of the spring roll appetizer for a group of 5. Food was okay. Reading from the comments, good food in Saratoga area is hard to come by. Maybe I’m spoiled with more choices up north. But I’m used to the dishes with more intense flavor. Spicy-ness level was mild. I’m pretty intolerable to high spice and I know Thai places can get . We ordered mild spicy for the knee mao and it tasted plain. They were out of pork and iced coffee for the day so adjusted our orders.
It’s a good solid spot. Not life changing. But it hits the the spot. Great place if you’re hungry and craving Thai.
Po Tak were delicious with a great blend of spicy and sour combination. Spicy Lamb was delicious and goes great with all the meals on the table.
Will come back for all this yummy food again!
I know pad Thai is the traditional Thai noodle dish but my personal favorite is Mee phad (Thai style chow main) no one else makes any thing like it. I rotate through their curry dishes every visit because they’re all soooo good. I wish they had a curry flight lol omg probably the fastest thing I’ve ever said.
Tom kha is the perfect comfort soup on a cold day.
If you’re in the Bay Area you have to try this food!
