Wow. This place is incredible. I loved everything. The restaurant is super cute. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food was incredible! I had the beer cheese soup (I think I agree with the menu and this is the best beer cheese soup I’ve ever had). I also got the crawfish platter and everything on it was delicious. I really liked the sauce that came with the fried crawfish. I’d never had crawfish Etouffee and now I know I love it. The hush puppies were fantastic! So good! My husband loved the salad, the bacon wrapped shrimp, and his platter, especially the catfish.

I wish we lived closer! I’ll be sure to be back if we are ever in the area again.

Delicious New Orleans style food restaurant in the heart of downtown La Crosse. Definitely worth trying at least once. I always get the blackened walleye, but everyone enjoys whatever they order. Parking is difficult unless you go to the parking structure a block away (free on weekends).

I was in town overnight on a trip from South Dakota to Indiana. My hotel was in downtown, so we looked for a restaurant that was out of the norm. I was not disappointed. They had a full load of Cajun and Louisiana style foods. Everything was delicious! They also had a good variety of adult refreshments. If I’m evere in the area, I would definitely go back again.

Got the cajun platter. Gumbo, scampi, and Walleye Fillet plus hush puppies. It was very good. Service was great and timely coming by to check often with us. Overall id rate it 4 to 4.5 stars. Do not get the bacon wrapped andoullie sausage appetizer. Its a huge ripoff with only 6 little tiny bacon wrapped andoullies on a plate for $12?

Buzzard Billy’s was a great experience! Having never been to Lacrosse before, it was nice to go to a restaurant that the ‘locals’ recommended rather than a chain. The gumbo, poutine, and fried walleye were all amazing. Unfortunately the kitchen service was very slow, for us as well as all the tables around us, but the server was very friendly and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stop in downtown La Crosse for a cold brew and a bite to eat. While there is a little bit of heat to the Cajun style food, its all excellent. You are sure to have a great time with friends.

We had a group of 10 dine in. We were met with smiles and seated (with a reservation) immediately. Callie was our server and she was on her game. Friendly and attentive to our whole group. She checked in regularly but not an obnoxious amount. The food was served hot and all together. The highlight was the corn and crab chowder. Bo Derick would give this meal and service a perfect 10.

A friend and I had cocktails in the 70s themed Starlight Lounge upstairs, this is fun and the drinks are delicious. We then had great dinner downstairs. They have a varied menu with many Cajun options. The atmosphere is fun and eclectic. With help from our waitress we discovered that there is a collection of rubber and miniature porcelain ducks discreetly placed throughout the bar. One rubber duck was in the mouth of a flying carp!
