Vegetarian is really good. The bread is great and it’s all very flavorful. It’s $2.50 off on Sundays. If it has been full price I think it would have cost too much, considering it’s the same price as sandwiches with meat in it. I recommend it!

Supposed to be open at 8am, we’re here at 8:20 and it’s closed. There’s someone inside and we’re just being ignored. If the time is incorrect please fix, Both Google and your signage. We were hoping to catch a quick bite on our way to work but the employees had other plans I guess

After six attempts, I finally got my hands on the grilled pork sandwich — my go-to at Lee’s. I’ve tried the BBQ pork (also solid), but nothing hits the spot quite like the grilled pork.

This location is small, with only outdoor seating, so just keep that in mind. Customer service is always friendly, and there’s never much of a wait. Just be aware that the grilled pork tends to sell out early — a testament to how good it is.

Also worth noting: their baguette bread is some of the best I’ve had in a while. Lee’s clearly knows what they’re doing, which explains why their best items go fast!

I am a little sad about this place. It was so nice to eat here before. My favorite sandwich is #11 special combination … but not anymore I guess! Visited this place with my friend for a quick lunch date and when we got our sandwich is was like …. Did I order the same thing like I used to ? How come there’s no meat and the paste….. the only thing I see is the sour turnip I guess the economic has been really bad…. You can maybe adjust the price accordingly instead of giving your customers a shock

Very disappointing experience at Lee’s Sandwiches today, mainly due to misleading promotions and poor service.

The blackboard outside clearly stated: “3–6 PM: Buy one sandwich, get the second half off.”
I ordered two sandwiches, but my receipt showed no half-off discount at all.

When I asked a female staff member, she first gave me completely incorrect information, claiming it was a morning coffee promotion, which had nothing to do with what was written on the board. After she checked my receipt and realized there was no discount, she called over a male staff member.

He then said the discount was already applied and that I “saved $2,” explaining the sandwich was originally $10. That makes no sense — half off should be $5, not $2.
Then he changed the explanation again and said that since I ordered grilled pork, there was already a Friday special and discounts cannot be combined.

Here’s the problem:
• I ordered two grilled pork sandwiches — why would only one be discounted?
• The blackboard never stated “only one per order” or “cannot be combined with other offers.”

The rules seemed to change on the spot depending on who I talked to. I stopped arguing because it was pointless.

To make things worse, I ordered a coffee with less ice, and the cup was about 80% ice. When I pointed this out, I was told, “That is less ice,” and then blamed with, “You already drank it.”
How else am I supposed to see that the cup is mostly ice without taking a sip?

No apology, no clear explanation — just silence and indifference.

I will not be coming back. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Came in and the asked for light ice and got this as a drink. Haven’t drank from it, usually when getting light iced coffee shops will let you know that it will be less coffee or will suggest extra pour of water or milk. Nope not here the cashier just gave me a mean smirk and handed me the coffee. I’ve gone to multiple Lees sandwich shops and never had this issue.

This place is so good, 1 ordered 2 banh mis to go for me to eat for my flight home and omg the size! The banh mis are long and fully loaded with veggies and meat. I also ordered 5 eggrolls, and a chicken puff thing, it was so savory and flaky! I come here everytime before I fly home to WA.
Inside was clean and the service was friendly and quick.

I LOVE Lee’s Sandwiches and have been going to their various locations for years.

This location could have been better, hence why I am giving them a 2/5 rating.

The cashier working at the front was male and Latinx looking, and while he seemed friendly and nice, he didn’t seem to understand me?… Maybe it was my mask. But I was speaking loud? Anyway, I ordered #12 vegetarian without jalapeños, and the sandwich came with jalapeños. Totally fine, I easily took them out. But the thing is, I had to say #12 three times and I said vegetarian each time, and at first he thought I said #23 and then #43?… I told him I am vegetarian and if I could please get the vegetarian #12. Maybe his mind was elsewhere else that day.

Wait time was long, 30+ minutes to get the sandwich. My cousins who also ordered were given very little meat on their sandwiches… and the sandwiches were not sliced in half (usually they are whenever we order them… maybe we have to ask them in the future if they can slice the sandwich). The bread tasted a bit tough and not as fresh as other Lee’s Sandwiches locations.

The staff seemed to have a good time working there though, we can hear lots of fun laughs and chatter, which is great! But I just wish our food was made with more attention to detail and there was better customer service, that’s all.

Parking was awful, it was so crowded, but that’s nothing to do with Lee’s. Hopefully next time when I come back it will be a better experience!

Tried the croissant bacon and egg sandwich. SUPER BUTTERY. Vietnamese coffee is pretty good but different as it almost tastes like chocolate milk.

Very small shop so it smells stuffy. Long wait for orders. Bathroom smelly as well. Every chair outside the shops got tiny bird drops on them. Be sure to keep your kids from touching the chairs back.
