The place is newly opened and people were nice and friendly. Ended up getting the sampler and at first the pancakes came a little under the no so cooked and informed the waitress. She took it back and a few minutes later had some well cooked pancakes! The place is relaxing and plenty of windows to lookout to. Very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere!

I just posted three pictures of a hostess and a manager and other people standing around not helping customers when the restaurant is full of empty seats empty tables. This location is horrible. I don’t suggest you’re coming. Apparently we’ve been here almost an hour, and we are being told. Our breakfast still isn’t being able to be made because they’re short staffed one cooked back there.!!!!

I received the best customer service experience while visiting this location. Manny the manager on duty was so friendly and helpful he provided exceptional customer service even during a busy time he was able to provide such a great experience and made everyone feel welcomed. Great service is rare and I wanted to shout him out for being such a great manager he was helping everyone if someone needed to be seated he assist with no hesitation and ensured everything was running smoothly and I greatly appreciated that workmanship so I wanted to share my experience he did great at leading the team and helping out when needed and took pride in his work. Someone give him a raise or promotion he deserves it and he provided such a wonderful experience that we will definitely be back to visit when in town!

Rhonda and Emily impressed us! Applebees/iHop in Windcrest, TX at 7880 N. Interstate 35. We were there on Wednesday, 2/4/26, from 9-10:30 ish. My wife was a waitress for many years at various establishments and knows how to recognize a great one. Rhonda predicted our needs before we had to ask and didn’t miss a beat. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, was pleasant, and efficient, but not overbearing. She needs to be a trainer. Emily cooked and seasoned our steaks to perfection, even though my steak was a strange cut, thick in one place, thin in another. That’s a tough steak to nail and she got it. I cook steaks at home so I appreciate the challenge that presents. Highly recommend! 4 stars on the atmosphere because the music was a little too loud but that’s not in her control and can easily be remedied.

Visited this past week and the minute I entered they were playing some good music from the bar. It had a good vibe. My server Rhonda was amazing and took good care of us. The food was hot and good. Will be visiting back soon. As we were leaving the manager Mekayla was walking around and was very sweet to make sure how our server and food was. Everyone was nice, professional and the place was clean. Highly recommend it here.

Overall the service by Myriam was outstanding. Atmosphere was great. It was super busy but my order was correct and good. Just longer but when I looked around it was almost on par so 4.5 on how long the food took. Love the new look. Glad they got rid of some of the dead weight servers and cooks. Things are looking good.

Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Prices are more reasonable than other similar places. They have a $6 breakfast special. Clean and easy. No wait.

The service here is unmatched from the other locations I’ve visited around San Antonio.The little girl at the front door had a smile on her face the moment I came in,my server Mariah was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed from recommending a few items to selling me a delicious drink from their snoop dog drink menu,the steak was a little overcooked the first time around but the manager MeKayla took care of it right away and personally made sure it was cooked to a perfect medium rare.I refuse to go to any other combo store now,none can top this one.Thank you Mariah and MeKayla.
