Best Chinese food ever! Every item has been my favorite, far surpassing other establishments in taste and portion!

Everything is always cooked fresh to your order, and prepared wonderfully! Servings are generous, service is prompt, polite and professional. Menu items will be prepared to your desire if you wish—if you want “gluten free” for example…no problem….If you wish Vegetarian fare–no problem. Want it super spicy? No problem! Their daily specials are a wonderful way to navigate their menu. This place is FABULOUS!!! If you haven’t eaten here, you are missing out.

This was the best experience at a Chinese restaurant I ever had. Every single thing was well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and much faster than I’m used to on Christmas Day. Even the fried rice was perfectly cooked and not dry or mushy like a lot of fried rice can be in restaurants. We will definitely be back often. Thank you owners and crew for giving this Jew familiar comfort when I’m away from family and places I’m used to.

Ordered food to go and it was amazing
Hubby had a number 6 and I had veg spring rolls yum! This place is a lot better than double dragon in Sandy- we recommend them the best. Wish they offered 1/2 size serving but oh well can have left over tomorrow lol

We’ve been eating here for years but the last few times their food is horrible. We ordered several vegetable chop suey, but..it was nothing but a HUGE amount of Bean sprouts w 3 pea pods, a few shreads carrots, 2 slices mushrooms, celery 4 slices water chestnuts with sauce. Nothing more…it wasn’t edible and got thrown out.
The egg foo young was great, so we had that to eat along with the dried out undercooked rice.
I hate complaining, but the food was horrible.3 orders chop suet.. of inedible food costing more than $38

Today we decided to try this restaurant. We were so excited for good Chinese food. However our experience was so incredibly disappointing. The Orange Chicken came dry with the sauce on the side. The chicken was over cooked and so crispy you could barely chew it, even when mixed with the sauce. The fried pork rice was burned and tasted burnt as well. The crab wontons were so hard and chewy that we couldn’t even eat them. The chicken Lo’ Mein was ok. The egg rolls tasted off, like they would make you ill if you kept eating it. We spent over $80 and ended up throwing most of it away. So disappointing. I had hoped for really great food. I don’t think we will ever eat here again.

The people I was with would likely give their food dishes five stars–to Golden Key’s credit. Very nicely cooked and FRESH (veggies). The fried food (shrimp, etc) was not horribly breaded, not terribly greasy, nor overcooked.
Me ? I chose the wrong dish again! The Mongolian dish had good flavor, not too SUPER salty… and the shrimp, chicken, and some kind of meat were cooked just fine. However, the dish was 90% onions. And the rice was stale tasting. Overall, it was just alright. I’ll come back some time. But since I’m not into onions that much; my hubby, who is, was happy to get the to-go box!
Took some people here again today. The service was excellent, the food was good–this time all I had was egg flour soup; however, no complaints from anyone else. Unfortunately, it was almost triple the price as last year. Shocking.

The Golden Key in Sandy is always a great go to for me for a nice meal! The food is always hot and delicious and the workers are always nice and accommodating. This small business definitely deserves all the love it can get!

Food was not good. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and it was not like and Kung Pao I’ve ever had. It was pieces of deep fried chicken with a dark brown run y glaze drizzled over top. There was not much flavor and the flavor it did have was not good. My family all ordered different items and nobody was impressed.
There was 1 really good item though, the BBQ Pork was very fresh. Juicy, and flavorful. That was really it. The service was good and prices were in line with everywhere else. Will not go back.
