Results have been mixed at best:
• 3 orders arrived without issue
• Several orders were left at the wrong door or wrong address and never recovered
• 2 were undercooked and sloppily prepared, soaked in grease — one was even left in the rain
• Today was the final straw
The delivery driver got lost and then arrived with an attitude, choosing to lecture me about how I need to “sit by my phone” when ordering food.
After 40 years on this planet, I didn’t realize I needed to babysit my phone for a Domino’s driver who can’t read an address. Is it unreasonable to do other things while waiting for food?
Other drivers find the house just fine. I’ve ordered more pizzas in my life than I can count — without issues. This isn’t complicated.
Customer service 101:
• Read the address
• Deliver to the correct door
• Don’t blame the customer
• Don’t show up looking for a confrontation
One additional note: if drivers are approaching customers in a confrontational manner, that becomes a safety concern — for your staff as much as anyone else. That’s worth addressing.
This location clearly has a hiring and accountability problem. The food is low-end, not inexpensive, and the service no longer justifies either.
Save your money.
Eat at home.
Or go to a real pizzeria.
I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this experience.
Soaked in fake garlic poison butter which burns your tongue with its artificial spice. The last 3 times I ate here its a big soggy pile of wet mushy disgusting sad excuse of food, something no human could ever enjoy. If they paid me $100 to finish the pizzas I still would refuse to eat it.
Also I keep unsubscribing from emails but continue to receive offers for their garbage.
A+ for consistency and friendly service
Don’t complain because its not pizzeria type pizza
If you go to Domino’s, you’ll get Domino’s pizza
