Even if you don’t believe in super heroes believe in Bryce! We were thinking of what to do for dinner and my wife really wanted some pizza. With a mishap we got everything but my wife’s pizza. As we saw him with only 1 box of pizza her hopes of a night of blissfull happiness were becoming shattered! As soon as he grabbed our order and saw the receipt he instantly realized the mistake. Not only did Bryce contact the store immediately to rectify this, but at the speed of mach Jesus he had our pizza redone and in our driveway before we could say “well this sucks”. The night was saved!! Not only was he kind and understanding, he did everything to make sure we were happy! I don’t know how else to say give this man a raise… but give this man a raise! Pizza has now been eaten (it was delicious)and will 100% return!

Just about every time I order from here there’s something wrong with my order. Last time my pizza was raw. Called and was told a new one would be sent out and to give the pizza back to them. Exchanged pizza with driver and when we dug into the new pizza it was also raw. I didn’t bother calling back because obviously their quality check isn’t the greatest. We just finished cooking it cause we had hungry kids waiting to eat.
Ordered again last night hoping everything would be right. Ordered 2 different orders of parmesean bread bites. One came out perfect and the smaller batch was just dry with maybe a teaspoon worth of seasoning on the paper. Had to mix the bigger one with the dry one so it could have the coating on it.

6/29/27 whoever was cooking tonight needs to be re trained, fired or something. My pizza is absolutely disgusting. my half topping of pineapple is slanted and hardly constitutes as a 3rd let alone a half. the crust edges are so burnt it cracks in my fingers. And tastes like char. 0/10. drive the 15 minutes to the valley if you want good dominos (excuse the few eaten pieces my bf ate it so I didn’t feel like I completely wasted my money)

Never had a problem they are very prompt and polite and the food has always been good. In fact I keep getting free pizzas because they didn’t like how they handled my order for whatever reason but I have no complaints.

I don’t normally have issues with this particular location, but it seems that, lately, their quality control has gone down the drain. My roommate and I ordered food from this location. Two issues happened today, one of which was a repeat issue.
First, the driver forgot our food and marked the order on the app as “delivered” even though it was not at our porch, and it took a phone call to ensure that our order had indeed been delivered and not stolen by the driver.
Second, and more importantly, our pizzas were not cut properly. When I went to take a slice, I ended up grabbing on to half the pizza all at once. It looked like it was cut through, but it wasn’t. I’m not sure if they have dull pizza cutters and management is too cheap to replace them or if they are just rushing through and not ensuring the pizza is cut properly, but this specific issue has happened the last 3 times we’ve ordered from this specific location, and it’s unacceptable that it keeps happening.

UPDATE – order made right, very fresh and exactly how it should be. And again, wonderful service from our Delivery driver …

Couple months later – about 2 weeks ago – our order shows up 30 minutes after it left with uncooked dough and jalapeños in our bread, undercooked /cold chicken and cold pizza with barely any sauce. Today, same thing – took 30 minutes, raw dough, cold order. I finally called a few times and when they got around to picking up the girl on the phone was super rude and offered a credit or a re-make, I asked for a remake and she said I would have to wait for maybe 30 minutes, she was audibly irritated. Terrible service. Please hire people that are fit for the service industry. Our driver Karlee however is very pleasant. If they can’t get this right we won’t be using them anymore which is too bad because the kids used to really love it. Fingers crossed the replacement order is good. They did say they need the whole order back which is great as I am hoping it’s a training opportunity

Horrible service. Pizza is never sliced all the way through. Called staff hung up on me. Shouldn’t have to rip pizza to eat it. Tater tots burned and missing some ingredients for Philly tots. Reported it and they hung up. Sent an email to their customer support no reply.

Normally all is well but this is now the second time in a row this store has been on the disappointment side. The first time the order came over 30 mins late after it said it had left the store. Not to mention I’m only five mins away and tonight, someone called from domino’s after the app said the guy was in the area. I pick up just to hear crackling sounds so I called back after the number hung up. No answer! Called the store just for a guy to tell me they have no way to contact the driver instead I had to wait for the driver to return. I told him the guy literally just called. We looked outside and he was no where even in front of the complex. It’s really sad when you have a hungry family that has to wait on a meal to be delivered late just to have it sent to the store and then sent back out. The driver called back and apologized and said they never gave him an apartment number so I’m not even blaming the driver because whomever print the address should automatically confirm the apartment number is listed. I felt bad for the driver because it’s an inconvenience for him to even have to drive around with inaccurate information. My account has all of my information and I’ve ordered from this store for several years now.
Update… My order finally arrived on the lukewarm side sadly but the kiddos were hungry so I kept it. Omg I opened the pasta just to see it full of mushrooms and barely any sauce. I bout cried. I did call the store and asked for the manager whom apologized and said he’d have a new one remade and sent out. Once again an inconvenience for the driver but I’m hungry and If I force myself to eat what’s pictured, I’d probably be throwing up everywhere.
The fresh pasta arrived, and it looked too good to be true. I was kind of scared to eat it. I definitely said a prayer over it right before we dug in. It was really neat and full of sauce before I took the photo. Thank you for the remake.

This is THE LAST time we eat here! It was terrible pizza! I used to love their pizza but the last few times my order hasn’t been right, I have also been charged twice for the same order. When I called the store they told me I could have a free desert to make up for it. They said “just say that the manager said you could have a free desert with your next order” so I order tonight and I tell the guy over the phone that I am cashing in a free desert I was promised and he wanted to know the manager’s name. I don’t know. They didn’t tell me that I thought they would track it by my name! They know my name when I call!
Two small pizzas and a desert and that was $35!!! Papa Murphy’s from now on.
