I ordered a giant sub and there was very little meat on the sub, it was mostly bread,very little tomato and lettuce. They make the hot subs in the back including toppings now, so I couldn’t see how much they put on while I was there.This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. It’s a bunch of teenagers being teenagers. The sub was $20 and mostly bread Im good this will be my last time giving them a chance.

I have been frequenting this location for the past couple of months and decided to write a review tonight after a wonderful experience.
I ordered my sandwiches through the app and when i arrived at the store i saw no less than 16 orders being worked on. The crew was well organized and appeared to have zero stress. They communicated effectively and it was admirable to watch them work seamlessly as a team. Once my order was ready, a team member addressed me with a smile and told me to have a great night.
High quality customer service and the outstanding flow of the team is why i’m finally writing a review!

I was very displeased with the service here. The worker on duty was very fast moving and he barely retained any information I spoke to him. I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC to tomatoes and the fact that I told this to the workers 10 TIMES and still somehow manages to get tomatoes in my sandwich is very disrespectful. It’s unprofessional and just downright rude. I felt like I was rushed out the restaurant definitely getting my money back…. Another note was the the sandwiches were very sloppy and they messed up another way but forgetting one of my subs. I ordered 6 subs and they messed up two of them and didn’t make me one. So one of my family members had to be hungry for awhile. And on top of that the meat was barely cooked so none of us could even enjoy the subs!!!!! Come here if you want bad food and food poisoning

I feel like customer service has gone down everywhere and THIS Jersey Mikes was pretty up there with poor service. No one acknowledged me for a solid 3+ mins. I waited for a min, and then asked the employee working the slicing machine if I was supposed to order with her or somewhere else. She nicely told me I was in the right spot and nothing happened for a few more minutes after that.
Guy who did my sub wasn’t necessarily rude but you could tell he didn’t wanna be there.
My sandwich LOOKED great, but I got home took a couple of bites, and half the bread is unbelievable stale. Hurt your gums hard .
I shoulda left when another guy who I guess was there earlier, came back and said his sandwich was not made well and not good and asked for a redo.
The Rockville one I got to is NEVER like this. This is honestly shocking for a Jersey Mikes.

They are quite rude, act bothered when taking your order, talk about you and other customers and act as though you can’t hear them. The sandwich is NEVER right. When you go to the counter to ask for the missing ingredients they say “it wasn’t on the ticket.” That’s because your employee didn’t feel like writing it down! They can’t even get extra mayonnaise right ♀️

The service was great here and that was basically it. Ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was just okay. Though the amount of beef was decent, everything was a mess. The mushrooms and jalapenos were not fresh, it was the kind that comes in a jar/can. Also, I believe they gave me provolone instead of white american cheese.

This is a great location with really good service and friendly staff. I’ve started coming here a lot lately and it’s consistently really good. You can watch them make your food with love and care. They do a great job every time and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Some of these older reviews don’t reflect my recent experience at all. It’s by far the best place around to get a sub.
