DISAPPOINTED!! Chipotle do better. Spend $45 for 2 people. Took 2 bites from my bowl only to throw it away. The other bowl only took 1 bite and also threw it away. Food was beyond salty! DISGUSTING!!! I felt like I was eating salt and not an actual bowl.

so I guess tiny portion sizes are alive and well at this location? I thought they had taken care of that but apparently not. Even after asking for more, they said it would be counted as double, so I just asked for more fajita veggies instead, and almost as if they were trolling me, they added one small extra bite’s worth. like one slice of onion and one slice of pepper not cool

I went to this location as I usually do when at the americana, and I ordered guac and lettuce in my bowl. The guac was unmashed, cold avocado, and she wrapped lettuce in aluminum foil on the side. Disgraceful.

Slowest Chipotle ever. They had one person doing online orders and serving the line in front of him. Manager comes from the back and instead of helping waiting customers he decides to test the temperature of the food. Several people walked out of the line all because individuals can’t manage.

Alan is a ridiculous clown and needs to be either retrained or fired. I’ve never called for an employee to be fired but this guy is extremely rude and charged me for a double scoop of sofritos when he lied to say he did 2 scoops. I literally told him,”I saw what you did and you shorted the 1st scoop and then only half of the 2nd scoop!!” Then he started rudely talking down to me and lied while being rude!!
I had to tell the girl at the register(I believe her name is Natalie, she was great and understanding) that he’s ridiculous, arguing with me about portions because I eat at Chipotle at least 3 times a week, I’m a chef and I train chefs, servers and culinary school graduates. So, I know what I saw and that he lied and still charged me for double.
This is my 2nd negative interaction with employees in mall restaurants. Chipotle needs to step it up. I love the food because of my health restrictions, its delicious and ease of having prepared foods. But…I can stop!!!

Nice visit. You forgot our utensils. Other then that, fist time trying out Chipotle was wonderful. Worth the price…kinda, at least it’s big enough to get full which is already a plus. Something that most food places don’t do. Fast service, and very professional staff. Overall I would visit a Chipotle again.

The staff was extremely slow, took them 20-30mins to serve 5 people, since they were prioritizing mobile orders first. The counter was not cleaned properly, the location is understaffed and the staff themselves weren’t just barely nice enough to get through the day.
