Great place at Simpsons bay for seafood. Outdoor seating facing the Marina. Beautiful view and seafood selection very good. Tried Caribbean Lobstern versus Maine Lobster. Tastes pretty much the same. Caribbean doesn’t have the large claws and $36/lb versus $56//lrb for the Miane Lobster. Drinks good, atmosphere perfect. Service could be a little faster, but you are on island time so relax. Escargo appetizer was good but not great. I actually thought price was pretty reasonable for what we got. If you want some good seafood go there and enjoy.

Very nice restaurant set in a very picturesque part of the island, with scenic waterfront views of the bay, and a lot of huge yachts in the harbor. They have a waterfront deck you can walk out on. Great food at very respectable prices. Friendly staff.

Had a fantastic experience at SkipJack’s in St. Maarten. The seafood was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor, exactly what you hope for on the island. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal by the marina. Service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Right on the water looking at yachts. Its nice in here. Service was slow for not being overly busy. Drinks where good, apps tasty and mains delicious. My tuna loin was done perfectly if it came out hot or even warm. It was like it sat back there for a bit.

Known for the seafood but I had stuffed chicken and it was very good. Service was ok, it was busy that night and the waiter wasn’t as attentive as he could have been. We had a group of 7 and a few in my party enjoyed the seafood, steak and shrimp dishes. The prices were a little high for what I felt you get but hey that’s ok too

I have mixed feelings about this place! This is indeed an amazing location which was recommended to us for our anniversary. The staff looked too busy to consider us and we waited until I said that we wanted to choose a lobster to be acknowledged. The fish market approach to the lobster price was fine until our waiter Basile literally overweighed our lobster in front of us and wouldn’t budge about the weight. The rest of the dinner was okay, service was slow but our other waitress Priya was smiling and took good care of us!

Great food, American style cuisine, everything’s great over there nice family atmosphere, lots of fried food if you’re a fried food lover, but the grill stuff in the black end were absolutely spot on, especially with the creole sauce.

My fish was well seasoned & cooked. I would order it again.
Our server seemed tired or sad & I don’t remember him smiling one time, but he provided good service. Another server stopped by our table, smiled & was friendly & his visit improved the atmosphere tremendously.

Very nice location down by the water. Nice breeze, decent food. “Going fishing” for your own fresh Maine or Caribbean lobster can get pricey since the price is market price per pound but still cool to catch your own lobster.

I knew what not to get because of lunch. Chicken wings were all fat and crab cakes were bread with crab flavor. But lobster and filet were excellent dinner choices
