Got the Four Meat Plate and Smokey Queso. Drinks were solid, I don’t know why we had a side of Salsa in a BBQ place, it was pretty Standard, Hot Link was more like a breakfast sausage, but good. mac and cheese was clumpy and mid, coleslaw was bit mid and mayonnaise based to hell. The sauces were the things that won me over tho. They stick out the most.

There were few people in the restaurant, and yet it took us an hour to get our food. The brisket was extremely fatty and my baked potato waa luke warm. We were very disappointed. Usually better than this. The waitress even told us “my kitchen is a mess”.

Ate here on 9/20/25 at 630. We had a very large group and our poor server was trying his best to accommodate us. Three other waitresses in the kitchen eating and not helping. There were two other tables in the entire restaurant and these waitresses could not be bothered to help Ricardo. Not sure where management was but they need to seriously train their employees that it takes a team. Thank you Ricardo for your hard work with our huge group.

When to this restaurant for the first time and I have to let y’all know! We where greeted ok and sat, waited about 15 min and waiter return to write down what we where drinking, he took about 30 mins to return with drinks at this time we got to order our food which took another 45-1 hr to get. Got the big back the ribs where not bad but macaroni was cold and runny fries where ok besides being a very small portion

SHAME on the management team who exploits these young servers by forcing them to do jobs that aren’t theirs! My husband and I came last night and waited quite some time to be sat at a table so we were quite upset to begin with. After some time an employee came and sat us and profusely apologized for the wait and explained that they were left with no host and were doing their very best to keep up the maintenance and service of the restaurant. The food was great, the service was great, however the environment managment has created left a terrible taste in our mouths. We tipped them enough hopefully to compensate for all the work they’ve done since the restaurant won’t.

It’s okay. The appetizers never come out before the meal, so we never get them anymore.

You don’t get much food considering how expensive it is. My meal was 17.99 and my plate came out half empty. Brisket is an upcharge and half the time it’s full of inedible scrap and grisel that shouldn’t be on a plate (pictured below).

Doesn’t feel worth it. Popular probably for the ambience more than the food.

Ordered two 2-meat platters last night – picked up at 8:15pm.
Asked for the chopped brisket (w/extra meat for myself & my husband). We were extremely hungry and this place sounded good to try.
Our brisket was 40% fat, gristle and veins. It seems like these piles of meat should’ve been scraped into the trash can but they loaded up our to-go orders, instead.
See the photo. I promise you – it looks much worse today because the fat has congealed and turned white. Actually, I’ll take another photo and edit this review shortly.
If our experience were a dine-in, these dinners would’ve gone back to the kitchen to improve.
This was our first time eating here. We are in town for the week so my husband can earn a certification for work and I’m in IT so I can WFH.
I chose this place (convinced my husband it would be wonderful) and quickly regretted it. Y’all made me look like an idiot (spending $40 + a $9 tip on two meals) and then provided me with such poor quality food I wouldn’t feed it to a stray dog, let alone my husband or myself or even our own dog.
Is this how you conduct business regularly or is it just for working folks who order at the end of the day? Do you allow the cooks to serve worse food to people who take out vs dine in? I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and y’all really need to improve on training your people ethically.
