02-23-26. (South Haven, Indiana Store). The manager lady had an angry, hostile and bad attitude over the phone when I called this morning and asked one of her employees a question. The employee was nice, but not the manager. I was asking the employee if I could just order the meat (roast beef) without the bread, and I could clearly hear the manager lady scream “no, I said no” in the background and then I was suddenly and immediately hung up on. This must be the same manager lady that won’t allow her employees to cut a slice or two of tomatoes into a few small pieces. Not everyone likes full slices of tomatoes. This manager just won’t lift a finger to do anything extra and simple for the customer. But they will take your money though. Very rigid behavior. This is not the kind of place that I want to do business with any more. I’ll have to try Jersey Mikes when they open up here in portage to get better service and attitude.

I was given the wrong sandwich, when I returned the lady called her manager and said she remembers making it correctly. I agreed she did but she had someone else bag my order and they mixed it up and gave me the wrong sandwich. It wears clearly the wrong sandwich when they compared it with the receipt. She said I have to go online and discuss with corporate. They kept the sandwich and didn’t refund me. this is the worst customer service ever experienced with any restaurant. Do NOT go to this location. Never Again!

Customer Service at this location is great. However, this location lacks skill. I have noticed a consistency with them not getting their online orders right. Be sure to check your provisions (food) before you leave with your online orders.

Had a Mobile order with two different sandwiches. The one in this photo isn’t as bad as the other (ate it before this review)
But they loaded both sandwiches with mustard, I’m very displeased with this outcome. If it’s new employees they need to show them not to put so much, I’ve had issues with this specific restaurant soaking my sandwich with the oil and vinegar.
They didn’t even cut the sandwiches in half and it being “toasted” it looks as though they left it in for way too long.

So found out tonight that the lovely manager has started charging for extra vegis I mean that is what subway was built on. The quality of the Italian bread was gross. This place has dropped the ball and unless a big change i won’t be back. 2.50 per extra vegi. Hmm wonder if corporate knows of this, will be finding out!!!

I ordered three sandwiches 12 in very simple orders… The first one was the steak sandwich with green pepper and onion. There was very little meat on it. I order it all the time. I know what it should look like.. and COLD meat was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t melted.
The next one was a 12-in ham and cheese no complaints there.
The third one was a ham and turkey with mayo lettuce it was good simple.
My cookies was the disappointment of it all… As you can see hard as a rock. They were burnt to a crisp. Worst experience I’ve had at a subway…

Lobby closed before closing and my order said to pick up in store. They printed out a sign that said to go to drive through but they already saw me at the door so I just drove to the window. Which they then smirked at me and didn’t come up to the window after looking at me MULTIPLE TIMES and made me pull all the away around just to announce I was picking up an online order.

Definitely the worst subway restaurants I’ve ordered from my sandwich was soaked in mayo and mustard and had soo many peppers in it had to scrape the whole thing off with a napkin so gross Definitely will not be back here
