Although the food is always good. I am not pleased with the service. The menu is very vague, not breaking down what is included in a meal. As a cashier you should be able to provide your customers with options. Let them know what is included in certain item. For example: I asked for a pepper chicken bowl with a side of steak. Instead of telling me that steak is not sold separate I was charged for a whole meal and then later told once I said I didn’t want it. On top of that a customer order after me and his plate was pretty much loaded with steak and shrimp. I have noticed this with this particular location. If you order anything SPECIAL you will not get the same quantity as the items already prepared. This place is rarely ever open so I expect great service on the 1-2 days that they are open. This location I will suggest calling before you go, so it’s not a wasted trip (something I have to experienced once to many times).

Strip mall Japanese food. If you want decent tasting lunch bowls at a decent price then give this place a try. I got the large steak bowl with vegetables only. I would rather have waited a bit longer to have the steak cooked fresh as I don’t like well done steak, but it was still filling and quick. Steak bowl came with a generous portion of probably sirloin steak and onions, zucchini and mushrooms. It normally comes on a bed of white rice. One can choose from 3 different bowl sizes.

This was my first time eating at Seasons of Tokyo and it will probably be my last. My first red flag was when I pulled up to the restaurant at 12:30pm (peak lunch time) and I was the only customer. I ordered the Med Super Yakiniku bowl and substituted the regular rice for the bacon fried rice. It looked delicious, but looks are deceiving. The meal was a greasy mess and lacked flavor. The bacon fried rice had a few bits of bacon in it. Believe it or not, the bacon bits didn’t taste…”bacony”. The meat in the Yakiniku bowl was rubbery and tough. I ordered a side of zucchini and onions (bland). The highlight of the order was the spring rolls, which were at least edible. My advice to Seasons of Tokyo…taste your food and maybe you’ll figure out why your business isn’t booming.

Seasons of Tokyo food is amazing. I got the combination plate. The shrimp were cooked perfect. My daughter loved the chicken and the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The veggies were perfect. Not to soft not to hard. I enjoyed my meal and can’t wait to go back for another mother daughter date there.

I will never go there again on principle. I ordered and paid for my food, went back and ask for some water; in 105 degrees weather, she charged.25 to my debit card. I just think it’s no way to treat a customer, that ate there often.

We ordered the filet mignon and shrimp. The meat that was passed off as filet mignon was just a poor cut of steak. The picture shows the chunks that were just fat and overcooked. We’ve enjoyed meals here in the past but this one was disappointing and a waste of money. Do better!!!

I don’t know what anyone could be complaining about because this place is fantastic! I think it’s better than back when it was called Seasons of Japan. The steak is very tender, perfectly cooked to rare as I requested, the broccoli is savory, the chicken melts in your mouth, the rice is of perfect consistency, and they have a variety of Ramuné drinks! I will definitely be back here!
