UPDATE: My husband and I were there last Friday and it was just as delicious as I remember. I had the snow crab (no seasoning). It was absolutely perfect. Meaty, sweet, and perfectly steamed. The market price was $25/lb, which is a bargain these days. Our server was nice and took good care of us. We’ll keep coming back till they give us a reason not to. Love it.
The best snow crab I’ve had in years!!! The prices are very reasonable. My crab was $22/lb. The staff is super friendly. My husband says the shrimp and crawfish are really good. One of my favorite things about this place is how casual and unassuming it is. Great food in a laid back environment. We love it so much, we were there twice last week. Highly recommend!

We tried this place while in the area, we were greeted right away. The server got our drink order and then returned to get our food order. Very small place but great service and great food. I ordered Fried Oyster Platter and my partner ordered the Fried Catfish platter. They do not chinch on the food. There is more than enough to fill you up for the day. The food was prepared perfectly, not to long in the frier like you get at some chains. The Catfish was flakey and the Oysters still had some moisture. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. We enjoyed talking with the employees who treat you like your family. This is a place I will return to again and again.

The food is freaken awesome. The price is fairly low compare to other seafood places. The service is not that great only one waiter, place not that fancy but it’s doable. The Cajun crab, jumbo shrimp with potatoes and corn , is to die for. Cajun fries were amazing. Way better than Joe’s Crab Shack. It’s cheaper to order beer by the bucket. Ordered the Cajun crab medium (spicy it is so be warned) my daughter ordered the mild (sissy) much better. I love spicey food but this is pretty spicey. Catfish and Cajun firs are cooked to perfection and come out freaken hot! If you love great food but don’t care about fancy cater to you place you will this restaurant. Food is amazing. I always come back.

The food was fantastic; just prepare to get messy. Bibs and gloves provided on request. I got the one person combo, which is really enough for two people (and priced for two at $25). Crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn booked together in your choice of sauce. The medium Cajun was flavorful and just the right heat level. The sausage in particular was surprisingly great, but it was all tasty. The crab and shrimp were good quality.
My daughters shared a shrimp and catfish kids meal, and with an extra side, it’s fine for 2. They said it was good.
The atmosphere has character (see photo) but could be a little cleaner, especially around the wash-up sink.
Only one server, but the wait wasn’t too bad, considering.
All in all, if you like Cajun seafood, it’s hard to go wrong here

Nice local spot if you are looking for seafood boil. We drove 13 miles to get here and I would say it was worth it. I would ask for more spice next time. The guy at the front was on top of it. He was running that place. I would definitely go back.

A casual family-run eatery near Rockwall Walmart off of I30. The menu is pretty easy, either fried baskets or boils which makes ordering simple.
There was only 2 of us eating and upon entering, someone is waiting to greet you. You can eat in, buy carry out or use the drive through.
We both got a seafood boil and fountain drink. You can choose the seasoning flavor and heat level. The house seasoning was a mixture of all 3 flavors and they were very generous with it.
Service was great and so was the food.

While we waited on our order there was no communication. When he finally handed me my food he didn’t say anything. I wasn’t sure if I should wait for additional bag or what was going on. Turned out, I had everything.
THE FOOD was nasty, we ordered catfish and shrimp with a poboy catfish sandwich, which was so horrible! I have never had a poboy taste like that. I was also upset with the amount of fries given with my meals.
We spent 28 dollars for two meals.
This was my first time ordering from here and also my very last time.

Found this hidden gem, well to me it’s hidden, while out in Rockwall. Great service! The fresh oysters are awesome, the catfish was great, the lobster po’ boy was delicious and the crawfish was perfect. Will definitely be making another trip here soon.

Ordered the special with 1# snow crab, shrimp, potatoes corn. Got it with the bayou house seasoning and 2 spicy. Wish it was spicier but you never know so I plate fit safe. Was pretty mild. If you really like spice I’d say go for the top one. The bayou seasoning was dope! I was slathering everything in it.
Wife got the blue crab basket and crushed it.
Service was great and very attentive.
I’m going to sleep this food hang over off and come back soon. Unfortunately my mask did not survive the mess I made destroying my massive plate. Having this place so close to me is going to spell trouble. I’ll be back soon!
