Always super busy but my order is always ready in 10 minutes or less. I love the curbside feature, it makes it easy for me to decide what I want. My food has always been hot and great! Super friendly staff as well! Thank you for separating everything! I found a new restaurant I can eat at which makes me so happy! A+ ! So happy to have gluten free bun options!!

1/15/2026 9:26:02pm drive through order, I order a chicken wrap meal and a deluxe meal my order was not repeated back to me for assurance I get to the window she hands me the drinks and forgets to hand me my food I literally had to ask “uhhh I had food also?” She hands me the food I drive home come inside my home to realize they’ve given me chicken nuggets instead of the wrap, I have to drive 8-10 minutes back now I pull up to the window and tell them they’ve given me the wrong meal, I also ask if I can have a order of fresh fries now that mine are cold from all the traveling she says yes, they then open the window back up and ask me in a demanding way something along the lines of you give us the wrong food back and we give you the the wrap. So not only are you taking back contaminated food that’s been inside my car with your bare hands back in your store which I’m pretty sure your not supposed to do but it’s really that much of a problem to let me keep 8 chicken nuggets for inconveniencing me time and money for gas, Smh really that’s crumby customer service. Oh and I said thanks and there was no “my pleasure”. (Edit) oh and my milkshake was also wrong it was supposed to be strawberry, thanks.

Passing through from West Lafayette on my way home to Michigan, I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and was glad I did! It’s easy to get to, though being inside a larger outlet mall complex made the parking and entrance a bit tricky for a first-timer. Once inside, though, the experience was wonderful, great service all around, and the gentleman cleaning tables was so friendly and welcoming. He’s a fantastic example of what great customer service looks like. Thanks for brightening my day!

I went to pick up our bridal parties order on Saturday I just would like to say thank you so much everyone had individual meals. They had names and messages written all over their meals. Everything was correct. I didn’t have to wait very long. If you’re thinking about getting Chick-fil-A on your wedding day, I would definitely recommend this place

Really disappointing to sit in the drive thru for 15 mins and not have the line move while the other line is zipping through especially when there’s 2 workers just standing by the door. Then when they decided to come help they go to the car behind me first. By the time someone came to me I’d decided to go spend my money somewhere else. Great service.

Yes, I had the fortunate advantage of dining at this location today. The unfortunate part of my visit was my debit card said “insufficient funds”, yet the lady working the drive up window spoke briefly with the manager and was nice enough to give me my meal for free!! Thank you so much!!!
