The crew was great. Excellent customer service. However, the potatoes soup we came in for, they said that site doesn’t serve it & they dont know why its on the menu. They also said they were out of alot of items due to the snow storm & no inventory. I informed them I drove from Detroit to them, so they storm had already been lifted… but otherwise, what we did get was okay. It won’t make me drive that way JUST FOR THEM, so I may come again if I’m shopping that way.

*Awesome Friendly Staff *Delicious Food *Highly Recomend! This was our first time ever visiting a Zoup establishment and I must say I’m very happy to say that I’m impressed with by the friendliness of the staff and the freshness of the Soups and bread! They let us try samples of all the soups we wanted to try (this is a thing they do for all guests, so go in confidence that you’ll be very happy with your selection) we will return to this location again in the near future.

All about soup! Fun to occasionally come here when feeling under the weather (takeout/delivery) or on a bone-chilling day to warm up. They have a fairly wide selection and they let you sample before ordering as well. Like the bread bowls!

Seems to have went downhill. Cheddar broccoli soup was like sludge. Caprese salad had chewy bits of artichoke. Paid $15 for lunch and ate maybe a quarter of it. Oh and now you have to pay extra for bread. Done with place. Overpriced nastiness

Not sure what happened to this place, but it sucks! I went in a little after noon wanting soup, and they didn’t have enough of the soup that I wanted to fill a bowl. There was a 30 minute wait on the next batch. Ridiculous.. How do you not have soup when that’s pretty much half your menu? I was looking forward to a nice bowl of lobster bisque but this place can kick rocks…

I ordered a delivery order for a grilled cheese sandwich and 2 bowls of lobster bisque with a side of French bread for each bowl. I paid extra to add avocado to the grilled cheese sandwich. When my order arrived, the sandwich was cold and did not have avocado. I also was missing one of the sides of French bread.
I called the restaurant to report the issues 2 times and left 2 voicemails on two separate days.
I called for a third time the following week, and the employee gave the phone to the manager. After going over what the issues were with my order, and how I had left 2 voicemails about this already, the manager said that she does not have access to the voicemail for their main number. She said I could come in and get a new bowl of soup, but I requested a refund instead. She offered to refund ONLY the missing side of French bread and avocado, totaling less than $3!
My order was almost $40 including a tip for the delivery driver.
We have plenty of food options to choose from here in Plymouth and Northville, so keep this in mind the next time you’re choosing where to eat or order from; I know I will.
