I stopped into Chick-fil-A today for lunch and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a cup of fruit. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—crispy chicken, soft bun, and plenty of toppings. The fruit cup was a nice lighter side option and everything tasted fresh.
As always, the service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both food and customer experience, and today was no exception.
Great spot for a reliable, delicious lunch. I’ll definitely be back!

45 minutes from entering line to getting food. Employee taking order on speaker was horrible, kept questioning each item I ordered erroneously. I asked politely for her to repeat order to be sure it was right and got no response. At window they didn’t even have my order (I think she voided my order on purpose). I then had to wait for them to fill my order. After a weekly Wednesday tradition of lunch there with my granddaughter for the past 4 years, we won’t be back. Someone else will get our business.

This place used to be good but now the current staff they have are absolutely horrible. They treat DoorDash drivers like subhuman pests. We do not exist in their world. People can pull up order food and be gone while we still stand here. They completely ignore you while you’re trying to pick up food for a customer and then when you finally do get someone to acknowledge you for the bag of food that’s been sitting there for 10 minutes behind the counter they give you attitude that THEY weren’t in charge of handling Door Dash orders. Someone needs to explain to these kids that just because we did not order the food. We are still an extension of the customer. We used to eat here too before we started getting treated like garbage and stopped….

Had to wait15- 20 min for a grilled chicken sandwich and 4 chicken tenders I heard the workers say there was 1 1/2 minutes left on the chicken tenders, we ordered at 7:10 didn’t get our food until 7:30, still no tenders after the 1 1/2 minutes. I asked for the sandwich to be fresh when the chicken tenders came out cause it was sitting up there done for the whole time it was not fresh it was cold all I could taste was lettuce.

Waited almost an hour for our food in the drive thru, watched the second lane go and go and go. While our lane sat. They forgot our straws and our nuggets. Once all was corrected, the food was good and worth the wait I guess.

Slowest Chickfila I’ve ever been to. At 4:30 on a Monday, double drive-thru backed up into the road and it took me 25 minutes to get my order. Not exactly “fast” food.

Something has really changed at this location. The service is still friendly and helpful but what is up with the breakfast food?
We have trouble getting what we actually order, the biscuits on the sandwich are falling apart so the sandwich has to be eaten in a crumbling mess, and don’t bother ordering bacon on anything. If you manage to get bacon it is mostly strips of fat but usually if you order bacon on a sandwich you will get sausage instead.
Does this location have new management or something?
We used to go a lot but now we go less often because we can’t count on them at all.
