I pulled through there at 11:30 at night to get a snack so I ordered me a six piece McNugget and a McChicken and then I ordered a medium fry for my son. I waited for a good 6-8 Shut up minutes and then when I got to the window, they asked me to pull forward at spot one to receive my food because they were making my chicken fresh. I say OK so I pull to the spot and about five minutes later, my food comes out so it’s dark at night. I don’t pay attention to it. I just say thank you put the bag in seat next to me. I’m headed home. Grab my McNuggets out of the bag and in the dark, grab a nugget and take a bite. When I do it’s cold and it’s wet so it automatically makes me stop the vehicle. I get sick to my stomach look down and I am eating McNuggets that had been opened and eaten from along with dipped in sauce. The sauce was literally half gone. It was barbecue sauce. I ordered, honey mustard, regardless at that point it didn’t even matter, but barbecue sauce is disgusting and it made me automatically Wanna puke. Tried to call the store to let them know on my way home and it rang and rang and rang and rang until nobody ever picked up.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off smelled like raw sewer as soon as you walk in. Cashier said that it’s on the city…. Ok I can see that. Came in with 2 friends. All 3 of ordered the same thing, except me I asked for mayo on my sandwich. When we got our order, my sandwich not only missing mayo but ketchup and mustard and pickles. We ordered 6 cookies and got 3. So take it back to the register the girl says she can’t take that one back, but offers a new one, and will bring out the rest of the cookies. Walk back to the front and my sandwich is handed to me. Wrapper was inside out, not closed, and ketchup everywhere. I got ketchup all over the front of my sweatshirt and sleeve. I put it back down and tell her how ridiculous that is. She takes this sandwich back and says she’ll have them remake it, but she had an attitude. Not 2 mins later she walks out with a smile, and the sandwich which is perfectly wrapped and has napkins neatly wrapped around. She says here you go sorry about that. I immediately get a bad feeling. I open the wrapper and the sauce is way runny, and still no onions. I took a bite and one of the workers walks out of the kitchen and is looking towards me and the sandwich. I waited and ate my overdone fries. Then he emptied the teas, which is walk all 3 of us are drinking. He goes outside. About 3 mins later here comes another worker, this one couldn’t even seem to be smooth with it. He stared at me and my sandwich. I knew they had done something to it. I spoke out loud about know what they did to it and not one of them said a thing. Just kind of smirked. Needless to say we left. I’m sorry but not really! I will never eat here again, and I will make sure to let others know of the horrible experience.

Went to pick up supper after work at 940p, ordered a Mcdouble meal only to get home with no McDonald’s in the bag. I live 20 min away and didn’t have time to go back. Didn’t get a receipt so that I have details. Tried calling for 15 minutes continuously and no one would answer. This is not the first time this has happened either. Very irritated! 2 weeks ago we tried to eat inside and were told at 7p on a Friday night that it was takeout only.

Breakfast order via the drive thru to start the day’s drive. Order was accurate, everything was tasty. Muffins were well toasted. No black or burnt spots. Did take a little longer than expected and had to do the old pull forward and wait thing. Other than that, a good experience.

Ordered drive thru. Asked for my food to be cooked fresh which I dont feel is unrealistic. They hand my food out the window and the fries are clearly old and soggy. I say something to the woman in the window and she looks at me and says…. oh idodnt know you wanted your fries fresh as well….. I just paid you guys $30 for food. And regardless of this, why are you making ppl settle for stale food sitting under a heating lamp……

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s on my bus trip down to Florida. The young man who took my order was super friendly and complimented my Pokemon plushie, hat and hoodie. He does his job very well even under the stress from a whole bus being there.

Took a while to get our order, they are busy, understandable. My problem is, if you’re going to take forever to make and send out your orders, at least be accurate… we were missing 3 orders of nuggets and they put lemons in a tiny cup for my tea but, no large cup. I went to get my large cup and a brunette was very rude to me. Told me there was a cup on my tray and walked off shaking her head. I told her she was welcome to come to my table and check. Then when we realized the nuggets were missing a blonde girl helped me, she was very polite and apologized for the mistake. She is the reason I gave 1 extra star for service. The brunette did eventually apologize and give me a large glass but she really ticked me off accusing me of being a liar. Why am I going to lie about the size of the glass when dining in, could just refill the cup a billion times anyway lol.
One star for food because of the nasty fries they gave us that have been on the warmer too long and this location does this often and it’s getting aggravating to be served OLD, crunchy, burnt fries…

Cashier was very polite. Food was hot and fresh. I would recommend this location. I went right at breakfast/lunch change over. Waited but was worth the wait.
